Great game by the Saints, final score did them justice. Some costly mistakes coming out of their 50 and set-shot misses meant they could never get close enough, but I'm liking how the team is coming together. One thing about them though - they rise, or fall the the level of their opposition.
It was one of those games where it went the opposite of trends and numbers - the 1Q/1H was the highest scoring, and Pies did not run away with it in the 4Q. I had a STK 1H bet that thankfully kept the night from being a disaster.

I have a two teamer on Carlton/Hawks -58.5 at 1.95 for 2x and Carlton -15.5 for 1x.
The line has moved towards Freo. I think this is because of Sandilands and the must win factor at home. I don't think Freo can compete with the really good sides. Some of my bigger bets this year have been the Blues, because I think they have flown under the radar a bit, especially since they had that poor patch a month ago. Gold coast looked as flat as i've seen them.
i've got a 2x parlay on seattle storm (nearly half time, losing by a few points)/Eagles/Swans paying +126 for 2x. and i'm also taking the Eagles -28.5 for 2x (sportbet at -105).
