Nice job Churchill best horses are not even in the conversation for the derby

Gotta wonder Baffert scratching Nysos... and a great "old school horse race in the San Felipe" Baffert knows he has the horses. and thumbing his nose.
The only ones getting screwed are the "public" that we need to have in horse racing... The best horses( at this point in time) are not even in the conversation with the general public....

all BOB has to do is release his horses to another trainer. And we get the all the top players.

Maybe but Bob could have done the right thing and convinced the owners to change. Do what is best for the sport.

It's hard to believe you could think that "Bob" could convince the owners to change.....THEY know they have top contenders ( for the last month or so) and they know they could switch trainers... but CHOOSE not too... again hashtag screwjob.....

Yesterdays race was a joke. He beat 3 of the 4 by 10 last out. Imagination the outsider as all out to beat Wine me Up. Question bugging me is why pass up a free 200K for what appears to have been no more than a workout??? Lot of cash to pass on for a giveme.

If Bob goes and wins the Preakness and the Belmont with one of his horses it will get interesting. I was thinking of this the other day. He has the animal to do it IMO.

if he can pull that off I'd say horse is probably worth $30-40M..travers and bc double that..good efforts in those short of winning both or one $40-50M..lots at stake
