#1892MIL opened at -145 at 5Dimes, moved to -143 about 45 minutes later, then climbed from there. It opened at -150 at Pinnacle, two hours before it was at 5D.Comment -

If you play every game that opens or reaches -145 at any point in the day, then there would have been about 8 plays today. A little much for a system such as this with the high odds. Go read through the other thread to see how to actually play the system, or just bet every game everybody lists here until one of the incorrect plays bites you in the ass. It's your dime, spend it how you wish.Comment -

#1894It opened at about 30 other sportsbooks as well, are you just taking the best ones you can find, or actually using an official site. And from everything I've seen, they OPENED at -143 at 5Dimes, not -145.Comment -

#1897wallco feel free to post the plays and ill just run the labby & records. I never said it was time consuming. I just welcomed who ever else wants to run the thread to do so. I am just going by the opening lines and as for MIL people suggested other books opened higher then -145 and based on how on3 runs it, It would of been a play in most peoples mind.
Anyways remarkable 9th innning by ARZ!!! Sucks I took -1 on the 3 games today LOL. I dont really like high odds, but anyways 1-0 if i cancel the pushes and 3-0 for the system bringing it back into the black
I guess Ill keep posting the "wrong" plays and keep making profit then...Comment -

#1899on3 mentioned several times that 5dimes was what he used, no point in changing that. Pinnacle changed their formats, finding their opening lines without actually having an account is next to impossible. That is why I think he switched to 5dimes, which is reasonable. It doesn't matter which one you use, as long as it's ONE, but we should probably stick to the one he's been using.Comment -

This is my last post on the MIL game, but it opened at -145 at 5D. Click on the line under the 5Dimes column and it shows the line history. Wherever you see -143, you're not seeing the true opening line. I mentioned 5D because it's what on3 seems to use; personally, I respect Pinnacle's lines more, and it opened there at -150.Last edited by SBRAdmin3; 06-25-14, 12:10 PM.Comment -

#1902TheRizz (original creator of the system) said he tested both opening and closing and while some plays were voided and added on by doing this the end result was very similar. Still, stick with the opening 5Dimes lines. Only qualify a play that doesn't open with the system requirements if there is a big move like On3 has been doing, very simple really. This whole argument is just another reason to play 5/2, closing lines couldn't be easier to understand! /shameless plugComment -

There are a couple games at 8.5 but i will not be counting them as filtered plays if they move up to 9. I checked all the games for opening lines via 5 dimes. I did not check the opening lines for the o/u so if I missed a filtered play "my bad." Just let me know and Ill find a way to add it in. I think I got all the games and odds though.

#1921Just went over the games looking at covers stats on it and I have to say I really dislike almost every single line. I wish we only had 1 or 2 games instead of 8. Disadvantage in pitching and momentum in a lot of the games. Extremely high priced lines tomorrow and I have a feeling the public is going to get raped. Seattle is the only game I liked out of all 8 games.
In terms of series.. sure I could see them winning 2 out of 3 or 1 out 3 for sure, but these are some dreadful A bets tomorrow.Comment -

I am in no means trying to run this thread but just out of curiosity why you didn't balance the lines a little less aggressively? If you lose 4-5 game 1's today and a 2-3 game 2's the system is going to be nearly 10 units in the hole again depending on game 3 results. You stated total money in play @ $525.78 but thats not correct, that's what were trying to win. In actuality it's over $830 to win that.......I'm not trying to be the negative one because I have been playing and following but we have lost over half the 1st games before as well as swept them but you've put over 40 units into play on 1 single game day. With over 2 months left and this being a marathon instead of a sprint do you think it's wise to be so aggresive?Comment -

I did not really see a better way to do it based on the fact that were trying to clear the lines. Only other way was to bet the two #s we had on line A and bet everything else $20. In the past I said to start a new line if there were not enough numbers but i was convinced that on3 used #s from line B with the A bets.
If it gets too out of hand, then we will find a way to manage it. Right now its eight 3.25 unit bets pending Juice on each one. I am just the helper in the thread. When the games are over if you want to suggest some better way to lay out the numbers be my guest. I am open to suggestions. I just seen 8 games and 8 #s and avoiding my "capping" skills I wanted to make each game "fair" so i assigned each game an equal amount.
Next time just post what lines you think would be better and I might use them. Appreciate it, but the way I laid out seemed to be best opportunity at the time.
pending today's results, i will make my post later at night to give people opportunity to provide a better way to run the lines.Last edited by J.M. Disciple; 06-12-12, 12:12 PM.Comment -
