trivia failed for me too. didn't even ask me a question. it just asked if i wanted to play. i clicked yes. then it autoclosed saying i didn't click on time. SBR fix this please.

Worked for me, in fact the 20 second timer didn't even count down. Pretty sure I answered them all within 20 seconds anyway, but could have taken my sweet time as well

SAme crap today about 90 it opens an closes in 1 second its bs probably an ez fix
If its not fix by renewal ill probably be done with this site

Hi konck,
We keep on giving you a reset the normal way, same as the other posters when trivia failed, but it was only you who's having this repeated scenario of time-out, while everyone works fine after the reset. I may say that the problem is in your end.

Try a different browser, also when you have the arrow over the start button wait until it turns yellow to click it, so it loads completely

There isn't a 3 second timer. I've started trivia 25-30 seconds after it popped up with no issues. Quit blaming SBR for your POS computer. Try the multiple suggestions from others on how to fix it, use a phone, or a different computer/browser. Originally Posted by konck

5 years ago I used to work in a call center for Charter Communications, and I'd constantly get idiots calling me saying their internet was messing up because their computer was shitty or they'd downloaded so much porn on it that it was infested with viruses. I bet you're one of those people.
