How can the Yankees lose game 1 in the new stadium?

I can not see that happening

    Historic game

I see the opposing team extra motivated to beat the Yankees at their home on opening day to make the history books.

I think when it comes down to it, when you are trying to hit a 88 mph slider of 97 mph high heat MOTIVATION has very little do with anything. Baseball is more a game of split second reaction time stuff, where it doesn't matter what your motivation is

some of the home field advantage that all baseball teams have is gone for the yanks in the beginning of this year

The New field has the exact same dimensions as the old.
They also kept the Gap between the bleachers and the stands in right field. So you can still see the 4 train rumble by.

Wow, pointing out that the Yankees should win a game at home with Sabathia on the mound for them. Pretty revolutionary stuff .

And people not viewing them as being capable of losing is the why bookmakers stay in business.

This is my point. Picking one of the best teams in baseball with one of the best pitchers in baseball at home moneyline and then bumping the thread to prove you "called it" is ridiculous. I AGREE they should absolutely win the game, anyone who knows baseball probably will. But at the gargantuan price it will undoubtedly be at, the odds you will bet will undoubtedly be worse than the true odds... and bragging that you called this win is about as impressive as calling a Lions ML loss last year

You've been madly posting on SBR all fukkin' night. Either you've got a really understanding girlfriend who doesn't mind that you spend your Saturday evening behind a keyboard instead of fucking her or you're not getting laid. Which one is it?

You dont need to have a girlfriend to get laid pal

Does this horse-faced tramp below give good head, Taco? Or do you just peck food out of her grisly armpits with that beak of yours?

You're utilising the fiveteamer jerk into a sock method then? That doesn't count as getting laid, you know. And the sock isn't your girlfriend as much as you'd hope.

Anyway, night-night. I'm just about to go out for the evening. You know, going out. That's what normal people do on a Saturday night. Love you! See you at the bash!

Nice, good to hear your going out.

Make sure your head is buttered up nicely and that cowlick is perfectly groomed.

That thing standing next to you can sure use some styling tips from you, T-max.

    1) When you say you are going to bump the thread when the Yankees win, it sounds to me like you are trying to impress/rub it in.

    2) I apologize if I offended you... as a Celtics and Yankees fan, I assumed you could handle a little ball busting.

Amen to that, it is finally here

I'm actually looking forward to watching the Yanks this year... best pitching staff they've had in years for sure.
