    Not true.
    It depends on the area and thickness of the paper. Even a standard sheet of A3 paper can be folded 8 times but very fine paper has been folded in half up to 12 times.

    There's not a Leap Year at the end of Century's that are not equally divisible by 400. For instance, the year 2000 was a leap year. 2000/400=5. The year 1900 was not a leap year. The year 2100 will also not be a leap year.

    If the Lottery was a Sportsbook and their payout percentage remained the same as it is with their Lottery Tickets... their Lines would be -200 for all Over/Under bets and all ATS bets. Let me give you an example.... here's how tonight's NBA game would look:

    OKC Thunder +1.5 -200
    Memphis Grizzlies -1.5 -200

    Over 195.5 -200
    Under 195.5 -200

    Ironically it's the Lottery that is legal and Sportsbooks that are "illegal".
