    Favourite city is San Fran closely followed by Vegas and Toronto - London was great as well, but the very high cost of living just knocks it out of my top 3 (though is the only city on the list I have actually lived in !)

    Cant think of any cities off hand that I have visited and thought were shocking to be honest
