    sleeping methods?

    i seem to be restless some nights and cant fall asleep. anyone have any legal safe ways or advice on how to fall asleep easily?

    DevilCheese is right, melatonin is good stuff. It's natural and won't make you groggy, it just makes you kind of drift off to sleep naturally.

    i have melatonin and does not work for me.

    kava kava didnt work well last night (first time trying it, holding results off til later)

    only thing that is decent for me so far is this nighttime sleep aid from equate. it doesnt have any pain reliever stuff like tylenol pm so not as bad for you, but im sure it cant be good to take it every night.

    try taking magnesium...2 or 3 250mg pills. U cannot do it everyday, or even every night. Just when you really need sleep. And trust me...you will get it!

    melatonin before going to bed and eating apple pie with vanilla ice cream does a good job putting me to sleep while watching baseball

    also if you do any hard work during the day like digging trenches with a pick ax or splitting firewood will help you go to sleep

    get a prescription for ambien or if you don't want to go through medications get some valerian root.
