get some ephedrine online, take caffeine with it. you'll be jittery and super amped, but you won't have any appetite and you'll burn like 25% more calories just sitting on your ass. plus it will motivate you to do more active things. try to do some interval training at least 3-4 days a week. ie. sprint the straights of your local 1/4 mile track, and walk the bends. do this for 20-30 mins
the days you don't do HIT, lift and or so 30-60 mins of cardio.
don't eat simple carbs. IE sugars/breads/pastas/fruits past 5pm. make breakfast your biggest meal.
try to eat 5-7 small meals a day instead of big ones
