Since last they met, the Als won their semi-final contest against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats while the Argos rested, awaiting their next opponent.

Montreal has the advantage of a playoff win under its belt heading into this week’s matchup. The Als beat the Ticats 28-17 in the semi-finals to advance. They finished the regular season with a 9-9 record and second place in the East Division. QB Trevor Harris also threw for over 4,000 yards this season. Wide receiver Eugene Lewis garnered much of his attention, accounting for 1,303 receiving yards.
