but but but... Denver is the 1 seed

    gimme +150 crooks

Denver is a level above Memphis who finished the season terribly and above a undersized Warriors team coming off a 7 game series

I will not be betting Lakers game 1. I will be on Lakers series after they lose game 1.

Lakers will go from facing two teams with no big men to facing the best big man in the game.

Plus guys like Murray and Porter Jr. are spring chickens, not players on the decline like Klay or even Curry.

Aaron Gordon can body up Lebron and hold his own.

That being said, the Lakers have more big game experience and probably a deeper overall team.

Gordon will have to guard James for certainty. He's about 10 more lbs. than Brooks who was on James a lot in Memphis series. Green can put some minutes in on James off the bench too. Old legs Green been around a while but can help. Remember, Memphis didn't have Adams their big man against Lakers. It could've made it 7 I would say if Adams plays. Lakers have some good other contributors but so does Denver with Caldwell-Pope.

The way James is playing with the cast around him this could be a really good series. AD vs. Joker too. Murray and James. Russell playing really well too for Lakes as is White Boy Rick Reaves.

I don't care much about that line as far as 1 seed vs. 7 and all that. James and AD common. Throw that 7 seed crap out the window. Not referring to you about the series line.

And I didn't realize Porter Jr. is 6"10". That's a lot different than the Warriors with only Draymond Green and Looney.

    Looney - 6 9
    Green - 6 6

    Gordon - 6 8
    Green - 6 8
    Porter - 6 10
    Joker - 6 11

    Memphis

    Jackson 6 11
    Clarke 6 8
    Tillman 6 8
    No Adams

Good point on the bigs Eddy!

    Denver should be -300

Lakers are lazy and careless at times. They can't get away with that against Denver

What is status of Mo Bamba? Lakers could really use him this series

Are the Lakers going to start three guards again and have Hachimura, Vanderbilt, and Looney come off the bench?

I'd start Looney with Davis and James in the front court, they're going to need another big, Porter, Gordon, and Jokic, is too much for James and Davis.

    I wouldn't start Schroeder again.

Murray is border line elite point guard, this Nugger lineup is problematic for the Lakers.

Nuggets win the series in six games.

Nice dog price, if they get there.

FWIW, teams split 2-2 in Reg Sea. Each home team went 2-0.

One obvious question: *What do the Lakers do with Jokic?

You won't find this payout on the Lakers anymore. It's gonna be closer to an even money type bet by Tuesday if you like LAL.

That's my logic. Nuggets in Reg SEA: 34-7 at home. 6-0 in playoffs, that's 40-7.

somebody on Den won't "show up" in this series and will get lots of blame if Den loses

predictably, the Lakers will let Gordon sit in his corner and fire from 3 and live with those results. So, again at times they only have to worry about truly guarding 4 guys.

Nba jerking themselves to a Celtics lakers championship. Let’s see if they can put all the right pieces together to make it happen.
Lebron hasn’t done his speciality of losing in the nba finals in awhile so they should help him get there

Some good opinions in here. One other consideration: *Davis's proclivity to getting Injured.

I'd argue that the Lakers can't win the series without Davis. Given his injury history, I'd say he has a 10% chance to get injured over the course of the series.

If someone like the Lakers, I'd argue that +5 in Game 1 is better than a Series bet.

They will not let Nuggets win. The black community wants a black guy to win the NBA. It's been 20 years since a white guy team won a championship.

You're right, Money. Both teams playing well. I picture Gm1 being a tight affair.

My one question for the series. When will "Tin Man" Davis come up lame?

Too slow? I don't think 38 year old Lebron's game is predicated on speed.

AG did a pretty good job on KD for what it's worth.
