    Just my opinion, I think giving up on Lance at this stage will come back at bite SF on the ass.

    Purdy is nice and all, but come on, he's not a franchise QB, I'm not saying Lance is, neither are.

    Ya, Lance is the big unknown wild card.No one knows who he is or what he could be until he plays a full season.Purdy is a solid NFL qb. Is a one-year rental on Rogers worth giving up on Lance? That's a tough call

    Prudy is a proven winner.Hes my guy but with his injury who's knows if he'll be ready for the first half of season.Rodgers or even Brady for one year would be nice

    Nobody is going to give them anything for Lance. Both times they tried to play him, he got hurt within a couple of games, and his performance was bad when he was in there. Bad trade, bad pick, they got lucky with Purdy. Darnold can start a couple games until Purdy is ready to play. They'll just let Lance play out his rookie deal as the third stringer and let him walk.

    The 49ers are building up the team while there QB's are on rookie contracts, or smaller contracts I.e Sam Darnold. Trey Lance might be ready for the start of the season, and Brock Purdy might not even play at all next season; Sam Darnold might be the game 1 QB. Trading Lance after giving up 3 1st rounders and a 3rd rounder this soon would be a huge mistake when he has only played a few games. I hear the 49ers are concerned he hasn't picked up things as quickly as he should, but I think he is the best healthy QB.
