    Wifi help needed....

On my computer it says the computer is connected to the internet but then it also says no internet access....

Why??? How do I fix this??

On the internet connection symbol down below in the corner it has a yellow thing in the middle...

    So annoying...

It was fine all up until a few days ago...

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks!

Have you right clicked the symbol and run a diagnose and repair yet?

I had the same problem for a while with my old ISP. Had to reboot the router and modem or do the diagnose option you did after 25-30 minutes for it to work again. It would hold up for 30 minutes at a time. Tech guy came out and said it looked like mice were chewing on wires in the crawlspace so he replaced them. I didn't think that was it and sure enough the connection kept getting knocked out.

I was moving in a few weeks anyway so said screw it. Never ended up finding out why. Hopefully yours will stay on.

When you find the right ISP, modem, and router.... and they are all constantly in sync... you don't really understand the true value. Finally found that continuity. It's like gold.

Most people don't realize.. some modems just aren't compatible with some routers out there.
