Give Me Advice SBR - Selling House for the First Time Ever

Need some advice. What to expect? How painful is this process? Like most gamblers, my credit is spotty.

What your credit has anything to do with you selling a house?

The process is pretty painless if you hire a broker who:

    1. Has experience
    2. Is not overwhelmed with inventory - you want him to pay maximum attention to your listing

We plan on buying a new house. I think I picked out a great agent. These guys are hustlers and are money hungry.

Ohh I see...make sure to sell your current residence first, before you buy your next place. That should be your number one priority. Being stuck with two mortgages is no fun. You can always rent for a few months, while you look for your ideal place.

Also never do business with hustlers when it comes to important things in your life like buying or selling a house. Get someone experienced with a good track record.
