    Get a ** express card. 5d takes them in $200 denominations and all they need is the code.

    Thanks. MGX was pretty simple, only issue I had with it is that it took several hours to show up in my acct. They said they had been swamped with deposits. Not real sure I believe that, but it was easy enough and they did get it in my acct eventually.
