Has anyone from the US recently opened a 5dimes account?
If there is anyone out there who has opened an account here in the past month or so (if you've been there for a while too, any relevant input appreciated), what was your deposit method? Getting money into a new account is always such a fukin hassle anymore.
The obvious is **, but was wondering if there are other options? Thanks in advance.

I opened my account there just before the tournament started. They have some bs thing called *********, but the daily limit is 100 and the weekly limit is 250 so the only way to get real money on there is ** or ********.

Onetrick... I don't see any options to process a deposit with that in their cashier, do you have to call it in?

I realise you may not be frequent visitors to the Sportsbook forum but any references to withdrawal or deposit options in reference to a specific book will be edited out for the time being. Even if you attempt to change up the spelling of the word to get by the auto censor (yes Stealthy I'm talking about you).
If you have questions about a book your best bet is to either contact that book directly or discuss it with someone privately.

To answer your question - there's no point in talking in code as that will be edited out as well. Again - no references to deposit or withdrawal options for a specific book will go unedited. Sorry everyone but it's actually in your best interest.

Well, if you talk generally without mentioning a book at all, then sure. But as far as discussing specific books, then basically no at the moment. You could always ask "hey, has anyone deposited at (insert book here) recently?", people respond yes or no and then you contact them privately to ask how.
I'd just contact the book in question itself though. That way you know the info you're getting is accurate and up to date.
It's common at all forums to not post deposit or withdrawal info from books. Why post it out in the open?
So, we have to deposit at a SBR sponsored book to become a pro, but we can't talk about how we do it?
I opened an account with 5Dimes through SBR about a month ago. I did it to become an SBR pro and I used my ********* to deposit. What I did not know is they have a max deposit through that method of $150 so I could not become a pro. And you can only use that method once per week (I think it's once per week). So hopefully I can make another deposit and become pro SOOOOOOON!!!!!
SBR will be in trouble if DDD becomes a pro.

onetrick, there is not logical explanation simply because we won't personally agree with the answer, legalities or not... it's just a frustating situation all around.
Well, for one thing, I'm sure there are people/agencies who might read the forums and stumble across how someone is making deposits from the U.S. into an offshore book.
That might be an extreme example, but why give out info, let them figure it out on their own.
thats exactly my point. sbr is a 3rd party in all of this, if the feds want to crackdown dont u think u would go straight to the source than come here.
I see that the way I deposited money got *******'d out. I dunno why though?
Lets just say that I have a ************* with a certain bank. I also use that ********** to make a deposit at a book. I have a ********** and a *************** and a couple other accounts. I did not use my **********. I had to ************ to see what my ballance is and I had enough money so I made a deposit using one of the ***********. I may have even made up a *********, I am not sure though. Pretty sure I was drunk at the time that I did it. But the deposit went through. I just hope that they accept ******** from here on out. I really really really want to become an SBR pro. I need to get those Omaha steaks SOOOOOONNNNNN as a birthday gift.

Onetrick, no. Offshore books can't be prosecuted by American authorities - that's why they're offshore. However processing methods can be eliminated thus making it very difficult for everyone as there's only a finite number of methods available and those American residents who have used those processing methods can be prosecuted for conducting financial activities related to gambling.
