Does anyone think that the line on the Georgetown/Pitt game is off.

Georgetown is getting +1 in this game and Pitt has been playing very bad as of late.

The public is all over Gtown at around 67-72%, I think a GREAT play today maybe the play of the day is on Pitt -1.

The public is going to get burned bad here and i think Pitt is going to win this game by 5-10pts and shock the public.

Whats everyone's thoughts on this?

Ha, ha I love to think back to bowl season where I did well disctretionary capping and had a great run with 1-5 plays a day. Mostly 1 or 2. So I'm fine to keep the powder dry and tight even though there are a lot of games scheduled today.

I appreciate your input. Would you mind posting your plays here so we can see how your percentages compare with ours? It would also allow users who want confirmation to feel better about the plays that both of us have.

I think you're overlooking the Woodall factor. It's all about Gibbs. He's not a true point. They're a totally different team with Gibbs free to come off screens and shoot. Throw out what you thought you knew from the last 5 weeks.

I appreciate your comments. Considering I don't care for hoops and am not going to spend a ton of time handicapping them (mainly because I don't have the time), I'm pretty much satisfied with the results I've been getting. Now, considering the fact that most of these guys didn't even strart trying to do this themselves until last Saturday, I think they're doing a good job. I do know that the percentages picked up after Wise Guy made his suggested tweaks requiring at least a .5 line move. Took a hit last night, but that's going to happen. I don't care how good you are, nobody is going to win every night... it is a grind and if you stay ahead of the book, you've done your job.

Good luck to you also... most of us are here for the same reason... to beat the books!
