We'll see how it goes. Just a lot of variables in Game 1 that we don't know about for certain. I picked the ones I thought were pretty cut & dry and didn't depend on match-ups and switches, etc. Allen could get 20, he could get 10. I'd rather see how they play him.

Prop #49: [Game 1] Kendrick Perkins Total Points + Assists OVER 12.5 [-130]
This is a bit of a gut play for me. Perkins did beat this number during both regular season match-ups, but has had difficulty staying out of foul trouble in the post-season. I do believe he'll be more effective this round after having to go up against Dwight Howard & Shaq the previous two rounds. Bynum is still somewhat limited with his knee injury, so that could help Perkins a little on the glass and could help him have some success offensively when he gets his chances. If Perkins is able to avoid the foul trouble that has plagued him in the last two rounds, I think he has a legit shot to get this done. This will either be an easy one or a dumb one if he has foul issues.

Well no doubt I have no chance now. How the F do you miss a f-ing gimme dunk or layup there KG for the 9th assist? And Perkins hasn't even gotten in the game in the 4th, sitting on 8 points/3 rebounds.

That hurt Rondo sitting 1/2 the 4th quarter too. I figured him for 45 minutes ended up with 40.

I sucked last night, Rondo P+A lost as we all know, and I really thought Artest would give Pierce fits.....he gave him points instead. Had Artest over points, a W, but on the small side.

It's very obvious again that Artest is going to be left to take shots if he pleases. He's now had 11, 15 & 15 against Boston this season. So long as he keeps himself out of foul trouble, I think he'll get the shot attempts to have a shot to get this over.

Well the first two games of this series boned my profit margin in the postseason. So like a doosh nozzle, tonight will be a big one to either get back into the black or drown. Pretty much locked in on the one I want, but am going to watch the chalk on it for a little longer.

Waited for the chalk to drop a bit here and I'm in. Kobe has been listening to everyone and anyone bury him for his Game 2 performance. Foul trouble limited him some and he did not start very assertive in Game 2. Expect that to change tonight. He had 30 in Game 1 and I think that is more along the lines of what we should see tonight, if not 30+. There is no way Kobe won't come out and try to be the man tonight in my opinion. Yes, Boston guards him about as well as anyone - but when Kobe wants to be Kobe, no one can guard him. Look for him to start fast and finish strong in the 4th quarter to silence the game-to-game critics.

Can't argue with the pick. I've been wanting to pull the trigger on a Kobe for awhile. Guess I just have a mental block against (anyone) on the 29 or 30 that he has been commanding. Everyone has that mental limit, ya know ? Just like bases, I won't play over -145 or so. I might follow tonite for lack of anything else...........I'm at the point where the props are frustrating me. GL with it.

Books have been pretty sharp I guess at the numbers for the Finals except for the ones they have no clue on - like the 3s. After Game 1, they dropped it from 12 to 10.5 and then because one guy went off, they put it back at 12. They have no clue there and simply adjust to each game. Of course, we have no clue from game to game either if anyone will hit threes. Kobe's prop dropped a full point because of one game, so I like that. They adjusted Rondo a ton based on his triple double. I think the other one that looks solid is Gasol OVER his points total. Barring foul trouble, Boston does not have a clue how to stop him. Thought about Pierce UNDER 20.5 tonight too. I think that's pretty solid, only thing scary about it is the BS officiating in this series. Pierce isn't going to shoot a high percentage, so free throws are the way he could beat that and who wants to bank on him now get a dozen FT attempts?

I think Gasol over 20.5 is pretty solid in my opinion. 2x on that. BOL to everyone.

I am also looking at Paul Pierce over 29.5 for total points, rebounds and assists. I think that is also a pretty good bet. Paul Pierce will play better this night and probably drop a 20+ points 5 rebs and 5 ast type of game. What do you guys think?

Yeh, I just feel there is very little edge left, according to my figures, anyway. Someone may get hot here with props, but Probaly not due to capping, just players behaving "out of the box". Anyone daring with Kobe, Heritage has 29.5 + 105. Carib has the 3's at 11.5 at -115. Gasol looks interesting, probably worth a shot. I am sitting on Pierce (24 & 10) averaging less than 19 for the series, see how that turns out.
