Yea pretty sick beat in the end, any of about 4 or 5 events in the last few minutes would have covered.

Overall though game played as I thought, Adelaide competitive and with a chance to win. Pies just too strong in midfield.

For all my criticism of Buckley I'll give him credit again for pushing Reid up forward. If they had Harry you'd say they should do this for the rest of the season. Reid used to play full forward and clearly has both the contested mark and kicking skills to do well at that position.

Maybe he could sit down with Cloak sometime and tell him how the fk to kick too!

After some advice on hawthorn v port please
Total points is only 151.
How'sthe weather as you'd expect any hawk side even without buddy to go way over this mark
This would be their lowest game score all year.
I assume it's pretty wet in Adelaide ..
At the moment a match winner hawthorn & total over @$2.60 looks enticing
Any thoughts ??

Ok well I can admit when I was wrong. Adelaide showed a lot of fight and the Pies as some suggested just don’t have that killer instinct that you see in the Swans, Cats, etc. Their intensity was definitely up but they just couldn’t seal the deal, although Cloke was very bad and also a bit unlucky to not have that marked payed at the end that would have sealed the cover for the Pies. Anyway still hit the HT/FT and the half time play (Pies -20.5) to break even.

Wow what a nail biter in Geelong. The Demons hold on to cover the spread by the hook and the under cashes easily. Great start to the day. 3-0 so far. On to the Tigers and the Panthers tonight.

Also for Tross and the Netball fans, won’t be making any play on the grand final tomorrow. Been riding the Firebirds through the finals, but think the T-birds at home at a sold out Netball stadium might be too tall of an ask, however have zero interest in the T-birds @ $1.60. For anyone who feels compelled to bet I would lean slightly towards the Firebirds +2.5, but no bets for me. Had an outstanding Netball season (5-1 on SBR posted plays and 16-4 overall), can’t wait for next year, however there will be some internationals played in the coming months that might provide betting opportunities…?

anyone know where i can find accurate nrl statistics,,,particularly been looking for the leading try scorer table and point scorer but have been unable to find, or the lists i do find i assume are from last season as the numbers are so ridiculously high (more than 5+ players with over 20 tries when most have only played 16-17 games yeh bs), anyways if anyones know would be much appreciated

man i was so close this week to putting down north-north-north-brisbane for quarter results. What a joke that team is. Although North is one of the best 1st quarter teams, Brisbane would have to be up there for 4th quarter teams

Has anyone looked into taking GWS points or the Under tomorrow? Sydney are sporting a few injuries from their senior players and GWS put in a reasonable effort against Western Bulldogs last week. 80 points is alot to give them. None of the 3 games these sides have clashed have gone over 185 and theres a chance of a bit of rain tomorrow arvo in Sydney. In my eyes ANZ stadium is pretty small in size and tends to favour the under because its easier to cover defensively. The only concern is Sydney's strong clearances and lobbing it in to Tippet.

Yer I was only originally gonna play north half time line but I also took the full time line as well..silly

To me gws will set themselves for next weeks game against the dees in Sydney if there gonna win a game has to be next week and sheedy will know this as he did last week he rested players for the doggies game and they nearly got the job done. To me swans could easily put them to the sword it's a know play for me.. Any wbna plays?? U have been smashing them latley
