    supposedly the cop was dragged by the car and suffered some minor injuries. that doesn't sound like a mix-up. that sounds like someone saying "yeah, yeah, here's my pass. i'm good." and blindly pulling away without discussing the situation.

    Are you serious? Yes, he disobeyed the police and drove off but why in the hell would the police grab hold of the car. Plus, that’s excessive force in firing at a car that just drive off.

    Well as reported at the time he was dragging the cop with his car. If you are dragging a cop with your car and maybe about to run him or his leg over the cop should have the right to use lethal force.

    The case was dismissed so it's done.
