If you had Royals ML that would be a loss. But totals are only graded after 9 innings. But every book may have a different policy on this. U might want to check w/ Pinnacle on that.

I think it is pretty standard that the total should be cancelled. If they haven't self-corrected, you should contact them. I have two offshore books (Sportsbook and 5Dimes), and both of them I have had to contact multiple times over the years about having winners " accidentally or inadvertently graded" as losers. Always keep a close eye on your account, wagers and balance, is my suggestion.

From Pinnacle's baseball betting rules. "The result of a game is official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 innings. When wagering on either runlines, total runs (over/under) or team totals (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action."

IMHO 2% it´s not that conservative I think it is a "regular" stake.... questions here are:
do you recalculate after every bet?
have you backtested your model or system with different % of your bankrol?
What is the average yield after let´s say 2000 plays?

Not trying to be a smart a** but I strongly believe that a good dog model does not need more than 48% of winners, what really matters is how would you manage your $$$...

You are absolutely right on target here. These are all good points. We recalculate after every day before we make our first bet. We have made approximately 1,000 dog bets doing this for the past three years and we are virtually at 50%, I mean EXACTLY 50%. This year we are 179-178, virtually 50%, although we did hit a cold streak which you always do. But you got the key point with the dogs. If you can hang around 50% and be there at the end of the year you will reap the benefits of the juice on your winners. When we found this out, it was like the Holy Grail of betting and we've been betting these dogs ever since. It was scary at first because when we started we bet faves, we were winning a lot of games and getting nowhere.

We truly believe that virtually anyone can cap dogs at 50% and cash at the end of the year. It's the faves that take you down. The dogs are aggravating when they piss on the carpet occasionally but betting these dogs are mandatory to make money betting baseball. We are nothing special as cappers. But if you handicap dogs and manage your bankroll, you WILL make money betting baseball. That simple.

Lot of coin flip games tonight...I would want a system or something trendy to put $ on any sides tonight.
I think Chi Sox might be best play, but only because Tigers in a major funk and Sox are pretty good at home.
Lean KC and Cards too, buy KC line too high vs a decent dog tram in Rangers and think LAD gets a little payback from last night...Cards either cream lefties or put up 0 or 1.
