It's all good Petr. We're really friendly in the tennis forum. If someone starts a thread specifically about one match then we'll go in there and cheer for whatever side we're on but if we're opposite someone, then we tend to stay away from their thread and just wish them luck.

Hanescu sucked. The only thing that sucked harder was Riba in the 3rd set. Oh well, starting the week with a loss. Yee haw.

EP - you need to promise me something now. We need to stay strong and encourage each other to stay the hell away from Hanescu from this point forward. He is not worth our money at any point. Even if he was playing that old-timer Craybas, he wouldn't be worth a penny.

NO MORE HANESCU! Permanent no fly zone member for me from now on.

                ZVEREV/STAKHOVSKY OVER 22.5 [-120]
Well let's see if we can go 0-2. Zverev generally is not much on clay, but did do well at this tournament last year and played a couple Challenger tune-ups. Stakhovsky has been off since Wimbledon. Expected a rather uneven match with momentum swings and potentially 3 sets. That marked their last meeting on dirt, earlier this year.

                  Shari,

I think we should have read more into his form, losing at a Challenger recently. He's not quite on my list yet, but damn close. He's made me some decent money as a dog in the past. Probably the only time to take him.

Would rather take that on Zverev, but neither is exactly good on dirt. Plus money would make me feel better if it lost. Stakhovsky got the price based on ranking solely, not form.

Why didn't you post the Hanescu play Patty instead of asking for opinions and never stating who you were on until the match was over? Hmmm....

Best of luck with the Zverev/Stak over EP. I tailed you on that one so hopefully I didn't mush your bet.

Fix patrol: Duque Marino out to -195 at Palermo. Was -120 earlier this morning. Just tracking it because F playing that match for anything.

                                          One more to fade.

                                          ATP DOUBLES: MARRERO-LOPEZ -155
They are taking on a pair of Germans in Michael Berrer & Andreas Beck who have won two doubles matches between them in I think 10 or 11 matches in 2010. This is not a pair that normally plays much in the way of doubles whereas Lopez and Marrero do. Lopez in particular is a skilled doubles player and often pairs up with some big Spanish names like Nadal and Ferrer in some of these bigger tournaments. Marrero and Lopez teamed up to win a doubles title this Spring in Estoril. Marrero won another with Granollers on clay and this pairing did play together at Wimbledon. Experience in doubles is the pick here. Starts at 2pm ET. Money should be flushed by 2:10 with the way today is going. Enjoy.

Not sure what happened to the doubles match. Flashscore has it marked as abandoned. Don't understand German, so no idea what the official site says either.

Now says postponed, but I don't see it scheduled tomorrow. At this point, I'd just take my money back and move on if they'd cancel it.

                                                      TUESDAY

                                                      PARLAY: DULGHERU + CHELA [+110]
Dulgheru comes to Prague in good form after a semifinal appearance at Bastad last week. Garbin has rarely been involved in main draw singles play and is just 3-6 in main draw clay events on the WTA level in 2010. Dulgheru has won 7 of her 8 first round matches in dirt in main draws, with the lone loss to Clijsters. If she can shake off her disappointing loss to Szavay last week, she should advance. Chela draws Schwank in Stuttgart. I'm a proponet of Chela being a possible surprise this week in Germany. His form on clay has been decent this season, but not superb. Schwank has also had an average season on clay, but has to transition back from an indoor hard surface after playing a Davis Cup tie over the weekend. Chela has won both head-2-head meetings with the last coming on the clay in Houston in April. With a short turnaround and Chela likely having better prep here, I'll tip him to move past his sometimes doubles partner Schwank, but it won't be easy.

                                                          PETZSCHNER +145
The German draws Albert Montanes in round one. Montanes has had a pretty solid clay court season. Since winning the Estoril tournament though, he is just 3-3 on clay. Petzschner has shown some ability on dirt with wins over Melzer and Berdych this season. His best showing was also on "home turf" with as semifinal run in Munich in May. Neither has played since exiting Wimbledon in the third round. If Petzschner can serve well here and work Montanes deep into sets, he may be able to pull off an upset here.
