There is utterly no point in talking to anyone at OT except Frank (presuming he's not been given the boot for making such a shambles of this place). Nobody else either knows anything or has the authority to do anything. Even talking to Frank is largely an exercise in futility.

I can't see how OT can expect to continue in its current guise given the mess its made recently.

I'd be more interested to know whether the rest of the group but esp phoenix has sorted payments out yet and are being made reliably to moneybookers ?

Good point pot. I had advised some folks to transfer the balance to Phoenix, but that's not gonna help if they haven't sorted out their ewallet mess.

With regards to rules. Whatever the rules were at the time of your last deposit is what will stand. There was an update to previous rules effective Jan 22nd. This notification of rule change was posted for a 24 hour period before deployment for all clients. That being said, and deposits after posted rule changes will have the new rules applications.

Just to say that I have received my payout from betot today so big thanks to DMTexas for sorting that out for me. It does still leave the (significant) issue of my bonus that has been incorrectly taken from my account but I will leave Richard to resolve that in a positive manner for me.

Richard, in this case I'm happy to say my speculation was wrong and I received my payout thank you.

For the benefit of clearing up the confusion other players are facing regarding the wagering terms of the K100 bonus, I checked even before signing up that the wagering was independent of the freeplay winnings.

BetOT has a long way to go in their CS department. Better they should say nothing than one thing one day, another the next, sometime different on day three.....

I directed a couple people to this thread and Richard's email address. One is OT and one is Phoenix. Glad to hear Richard is helping, but mine have yet to hear back from him as of yet.

He has to be super busy sorting all this mess out. I will report when they have been paid and Richard's involvement in that.

Richard, just a thought..... BBD might be in a position to help you straighten out this mess. he would be great and your CS would love the way he would call them "Sir"!

Yes, would be nice to have had at least some acknowledgement of my e-mail. I'm sure many others are in the same boat. There's still no evidence that anything is being done about the problems with players who have fulfilled their wagering requirements being told to wager crazy amounts based on new terms and conditions.

Thanks for coming up here giving false hopes, Richard. Just seems like no-one has any intention of trying to resolve the mess. It's not a case of being impatient either, been waiting well over a month now. Okay some of that time was waiting for the 15 business days nonsense to expire, but OT is looking like a deposit only bookmaker now

Few people reporting $4k payouts on another forum. Nothing for me, although only wd on Wednesday. To be fair, it's also the week after the superbowl, so payouts always get delayed around this time of year (and especially e-wallet ones).
