    I can't speak for BetOT regarding this type of issue at all, however I can tell you that Jazz has the same policy implemented. They installed that when their players were starting to do mutable withdraws ever week which caused their processing services to become potentially red flagged.

      Or maybe they should just pay what they owe all at once? The way The Greek and Pinnacle do?

      Then they wouldn't have to worry about "weekly requests". BTW, moneybookers and Neteller don't flag books for paying.

        It's more pertaining to overnight checks at Jazz. I don't know how they have their processing setup at all there, but I'm sure it's probably not like TheGreek at all. I mean Spiro is always out there hunting new processing methods for his U.S. players (hence why things are probably running so smoothly).

          Hi Peep I believe we have not change the policy you can still requested weekly I believe you are confuse and may be miss informing in the forum what is says on the site is the following:

          General Withdrawal Rules
          All new accounts must wait at least seven (7) business days after the first deposit, or complete all bonus requirements, before making a withdrawal.

          This only applies to New accounts it refers to new accounts,

          and we still have this quoted in the site under site terms and conditions.

          We can send a maximum of $4000 per week. Any amount greater than $4000 is divided (no part can be larger than $4000) and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered.


          We have not change the pay out terms there still the same.

            Thanks for the post Alex.

            I was told twice this week by BetOT customer service I could NOT request weekly.

            Once Richard helped out, I got back on the list to be paid, since a week had past

            But when I called today to see where my money was (48 hours had past) the CS rep said my request had been denied and I couldn't apply again until seven days had past.

            I want out.

              Just out of interest - Alex are you the same Alex who works on live chat at OT ?

              If so you repeatedly told me you know nothing about payouts because its not your department ?
              Of course there could be a whole host of Alexs working there - although I never got one in the 'payout' department - and strangely enough I'm familiar with a lot of the names as I had to make that many requests to get my money out

                Thanks Betot, i got my payment tonight to Moneybookers for about $4K ... it came from Pheonix but the main thing is ... I got my payout. Thanks Alex who i quizzed tonight and probably p!$$ed him off, and to Frank who was very helpful on Wednesday.

                  But I can't stand being jerked around by CS who tells me one thing one day, another the next, and moves to a third position as is convenient.

                  I have twice had payments promised and then cancelled. They never notified me of the cancellations, I had to find out by calling back when payments did not arrive, only then was I told that the payments had been cancelled.

                  They were cancelled for BS reasons. One for a rollover I met (they claimed I hadn't, I had it in writing from them that I had), the other for applying for a payment again a second week in a row (this is where I got the you can only apply for a second payment after seven BUSINESS DAYS story)

                  I am having my balance transferred over to BetPheonix. Problem solved. I am done with BetOT.

                    They are very good on changing the rules for they convenience!

                    They own me 820$ and don't pay (as affiliate), they have suspended my account because I won't agree to post were that I was wrong and that they pay bla bla.

                    Be carefull people we are dealing with thiefs!

                      If they dont want pay you maybe is your fault because they are paying to all customers, as afilliate maybe you broke some rule to take advantage, you dont need to put 3 posts here.

                          Hi, is SBR helping players with BetOT payout problems please?

                          My problem is just having had to be on livechat for literally hours to arrange previous payouts, and now having been promised a payout today by three separate CS agents, someone "forgot to approve the payout before having left the office.
                          It was categorically promised for today, and I'd offered to be flexible and have moneygram instead of moneybookers if they were still experiencing gateway problems with the latter.

                              I've submitted my complaint form and supporting emails to SBR to show what is happening to UK players who request payouts.
                              I think my case is fairly typical, except that I probably hassle harder than most for my money.
                              It's a timewaster chasing promised payments that don't turn up, and a great service you offer here to help. I think SBR is also based in Costa Rica so that is all the better.

                                I'm here to tell my story with betot and as far i can see i not the only one.
                                Since the last week i have been left in payments live chat without answer, ignored and chats closed. In the middle of that chats the agents told me that i have fullfilled the terms but they cant pay me because of technical issues.
                                In the next day i request again to withdraw my money, and again the person in the live chat, confirm me that the terms is fullfilled. Then i asked my money and my account closed because i was very upset with the way that i was treated until now. They process the payment and ask me to wait another day.
                                After waiting and checking that there is no money from them in my moneybookers i go to live chat again. Then i was told that Frank Fernell refused my payment with the reason that i don't fullfill the terms. Then i send one e-mail to Frank. Now Frank is never at the office and don't answer my e-mails. This is a very good way to stall and don't pay to the people that have the money there.
                                I just want my money and my account closed.

                                    BetOT representatives have been very active in this thread. Hopefully they will provide you with some answers you are seeking. If they can't and you need further assistance, please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf and find out the details surrounding your dispute.

                                                    I'm in a similar situation. I signed up to OT in December.I took two K100 bonuses and lost all my money and freeplays both times.

                                                    I took a third on December 27 or 28 which is earlier than when John took his. Livechat said K100 was still 8x deposit and bonus which I thought was reasonable. This is also backed up by John's post who got K100 at least 3 days later and still with 8x deposit and bonus. This time I did well on the promotion and won a large amount for me.

                                                    I completed the 8x deposit and bonus wagering within a couple of days of claiming the bonus. I requested a payout for the GBP equivalent of $4000 in the middle of January. OT staff checked my wagering in great detail - the customer service rep was away for about 20 minutes checking that I had bet enough! They agreed I had made the wagering requirements. I received my payout, but after that I still had nearly £4000 remaining in my balance.

                                                    I was told I had to wait a week to cashout the rest and now I've waited two weeks and OT are now saying I have got to wager another £36170!

                                                    OT are trying to enforce new rules they've added for bonuses in retrospect. I don't think anyone can think it is reasonable to ask me to wager another £36170 when the week before they were happy enough to pay me because I had met the terms of the offer I accepted.

                                                    I would have never accepted a bonus with getting on for £50000 of wagering attached to it! I'd rather play with no bonus.

                                                    I was happy with what I won, I don't want to rollover my money anymore - I met the terms of the offer. If they change those terms at a later date that's fine, but people who took the offer before should get the terms that applied at the time.

                                                    Alex has tried to help me, but the people in the payout department won't budge. They seem to think what they are doing is acceptable!

                                                    Also they are saying that because my freeplay won, I have to rollover the winnings amount from the freeplays 12x as well! This is also a new rule that did not apply to K100 at the time. K100 was 8x deposit and bonus when I accepted it - whether you won your freeplay or not was irrelevant to how much you would have to wager.

                                                    I can post my chat session with the payout manager in here, but I'll give them some time to come back to be with a solution, before I criticise them further

                                                      GodofGamblers, after I posted that which you have quoted above I got on live chat and the manager agreed that I should have been on the old rules and I had a rollover of just £12000 and not the freeplay winnings x12 (£34800).

                                                      He made a note of it in my account and I also took a screenshot of the chat.

                                                      I posted in this thread a couple of days later saying they had sorted it for me and they agreed to put me on the rules I should have been on and I was happy they sorted it.

                                                      After putting in a withdrawal request on friday yep you guessed it, they have now rejected my withdrawal request because I have not done the £35k rollover as I have only done the £12k.

                                                      They are not honouring the notes they have put on my account even though I have a screenshot of the chat telling me they will.

                                                      1. I should not have have been on 12x freeplay winnings at all as that was not the rule when I deposited.
                                                      2. Even when they correct their mistake with me they refuse to honour it when it comes to withdrawing.

                                                        If it's any help, others who got bonuses before the January change have been allowed to use the old rules (ie straight 8x, not the rollover on freeplay winnings).

                                                          The cash bonus was and always has been, as Alex from betot pointed himself, precisely that - a cash bonus. Having met the wagering requirements and made a withdrawl already it beggars belief they've now contradicted themselves and removed it. As for imposing insane wagering requirements retrospectively...I'm just hoping someone from what appears to be the much more competent betphoenix steps in and sorts this out for everyone as it's doing their own brand which clearly they've worked hard on establishing no favours at all.

                                                            They're being very stubborn and rude in the chat. Leaving the session in the middle of a discussion. Maybe I'll do back in there today, but could be just wasting another 30 min to no avail. Like John says even the person I speak to will agree they are in the wrong someone else further down the line is probably going to reverse the payout.

                                                            I've had my 2nd payout reversed already even though another member of staff has said everything was fine before

                                                              CS will tell you that Phoenix and OT are not the same company, but when I spoke with the the new OT manager asking for a transfer to Phoenix, he told me Phoenix owns BetOT. By the way he told me OT transfers and payouts had been "temporarily" put on hold by the owner of the company over the weekend. Nice man he must be, refusing to payout customers their own money, and having his CS staff (who are just ordinary people needing to keep their jobs) lie constantly on his behalf. I asked for the owner's name and contact details but got nowhere.

                                                                With regards to rules. Whatever the rules were at the time of your last deposit is what will stand. There was an update to previous rules effective Jan 22nd. This notification of rule change was posted for a 24 hour period before deployment for all clients. That being said, and deposits after posted rule changes will have the new rules applications.

                                                                    That choice is yours. Just remember that they each handle a lot of their own CS items. In cases where I need to step in I will.

                                                                    There are reasons to be in more than 1 place ex: Betmania teaser odds. However, you will see some similar lines sets in all places.

                                                                      signed up with betot 22 dec, did the k100 (8 x dep and bon ....NOT bonus winnings), i met all rollover requirements, and indeed have had 2 $4000 equiv payouts up to now. I have an outstanding payout of £2870 from 22 january. I emailed DMTexas for help with this payout as he indicated above. I have not heard from DMtexas, but have just now received a curt email from Alex at betot saying i have £13600 wager requirement????????. Just spoken to Gus on live chat who has already told payout dept for me on my first requested payout(when they tried to make out it was 8 x dep + bonus winnings) that i had met ALL rollover requiements from my Dec 22 sign up and to action my payouts. Extremely annoyed about this...

                                                                        what happened to the previous poster is not uncommon right now. CS (alex) Telling people who are well past wager requirements (and those who have already been paid) that they need to achieve some bogus wager requirement to get paid. The confusion is near as bad and frustrating as the not getting paid.
