Ok, here's an idea I have. Do the NHL bracket contest which makes the most sense.
But another real popular NHL playoffs contest we used to always do every year up in Canada was Playoff Scoring Title. Where you choose a certain number of players, like 10 or 15, from the teams in the playoffs. Anyone can pick the same players but if your team gets knocked out and you had loaded up with 5 players on that team, then you obviously won't be getting more points from those players in the next round. Goals and assists each count as 1 point or goals can be 2 points. There have been many times where a journeyman player has a killer playoffs like John Druce's 14 goals in 15 games with the Capitals a couple decades ago. If you do load up on several players on one team and they go deep, they you got a good shot. Or if you spread them out on a couple teams and the face each other in the semi finals, chance are you could be up on the leader-board. Just a thought.
