#4695[QUOTE=Jazzette_Employe;292586]1. the fact stands that we are sending several hundred withdrawals per week
My CS rep from sports.com (a Jazzette company) said the processor was doing 75 withdrawals per day. That would equal out to the "several hundred per week" Too bad that there approx. 1100-1200 withdrawals PER DAY! That equates to a huge wait delay. Those that get theirs on time are simply lucky. The cue is worthless (know fact since some have gotten checks months ahead of others). Jazette is picking and choosing (maybe on customer volume, money left in account) who to send checks out to. FYI.Comment -

Again I cannot confirm anything as the queue is not simply dependent on the date of request but I would assume that will be processed by the end of the coming business week. At the very least we should have an update for you by this time.Comment -

#4707Hi Guys,
I am an employee of the customer service department for Sportsbook and all sister sites. I thought perhaps it might be useful for you guys to get the latest news regarding withdrawals from an employee to prevent misinformation surfacing.
As you all well know in Sept '06 the House of Representatives and Senate passed legislation that would make transactions from banks or similar institutions to online gambling sites illegal. This differs from a previous bill passed only by the House that expanded the scope of the Wire Act. The passed bill only addresses banking issues. The act was signed into law on October 13, 2006 by President George W. Bush, and there is a provision for a 270-day period to develop enforcement measures.
This has quite clearly resulted in online gaming organizations taking something of a hit in relation to financial transactions to and from us. Over time a number of financial organizations have pulled out of the US Business and with the loss of *******, NETeller and ACH along with Debit1 we worked hard to provide alternative payment options such as Bank Wire.
Recently our withdrawal processor have pulled out of the US Market and we were forced to search for an alternative processor. This is clearly not an easy search. We take pride in having optimal security of all financial transactions on site and when trusting an organization with such values of funds a lot of background work is required. Our search was long endured, however, we found a safe and extremely secure new processor, which has been working quite well for us.
Within the last month, however, we have lost bank wire as a withdrawal method, and with already increased stress on our check processors based on the changeover between withdrawal processors this has resulted in delays in processing withdrawals. This is a very frustrating situation to all involved as while we would like to have your funds delivered within 5 business days of your request, as per usual, our payment processors are restricted in the number of withdrawals which may be sent at any given time.
I can tell you, however, that the backlog is shifting. We are working now to overcome these delays and provide you with what we are known for; Speedy withdrawals! Whereas there had been problems in withdrawals taking up to a month for receipt from the date of request, this has so far been cut to approximately 10 business days for the processing of your withdrawals.
The bottom line is: Your funds are 100% safe with us and you will receive them!
Once again, to all those affected, we extend our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these recent issues and thank you for your continued patience and loyalty.
Best regards,

#4708So how come there are NO withdrawal methods available to NON-US customers, even though other books are (legally) managing through Neteller and other methods? What do you have to say to someone who is owed over $28k and been told "sorry, there's no way for you to get the money. bye"?
However, rest assured that we are working hard to reinstate regular mail check withdrawals (which are due to be back in place in July) along with Bank-Wire and further withdrawal methods. We would hope to have these up and running in the quite near future and once this occurs you may withdraw your funds as you wish.
Please check on site regularly for further updates regading this.
Once again we apologize most profusely for any inconvenience caused by these issues.Comment -

#4709Yes, my funds are safely in your bank account and I haven't seen them for three months. To be honest this sounds like a joke. Why are you having problems that other books aren't having with neteller?
This just sounds like the usual build up to a stiffing, to me. This is exactly what Jazette would say if they didn't give a damn about international clients and never had any intention of paying them.Comment -

NETeller is no longer offered on site. We severed all ties with them some time ago due to our relationship with US customers also. While other books have decided to work in conjunction with NETeller it was beneficial for us not to continue to do so.
Rest assured that the regular mail option will be back on site very shortly and you may then withdraw your fund via this method. At the same time we'll be working on alternative methods to ensure a decrease in the wait time for delivery.
Sorry again for the inconvenience.Comment -

#4711Well with some quarter of our customers residing outside of the US it would be in no way beneficial for us not to show integrity in these matters.

even if you don't want to use Neteller, why not use Moneybookers or ******* to pay the international cusomters. If your check and bank wire processor are going to limit you on the volume of daily withdrawals, why would you use that limited resource on players who could readily be paid through moneybookers. Moneybookers won't limit you on how much you pay your international players. There is no logic to how you guys operate. WHat is clear though is that no one at your compnay really gives a damn how long people have to wait to get paid. The sentiment at Jazette is that anyone who is in a rush to be paid, is nto a cusomter you guys want to keep.
BTW, I think betonsports is also still telling their former players that thier money is 100% safe an everyone will be paid. Face reality, you guys can be shut down by the US government any day. FUnds held by you are far from 100% secureComment -

#4713Update on my withdrawal situation.
I requested two withdrawals on June 16th, and one on June 18th. All withdrawals were in the 2K to 2.5K range. I received the second withdrawal that I requested on June 16th earlier this week. Today, I received the withdrawal requested on June 18th.
Does anyone know why it is that the first withdrawal I requested has still not arrived while the 2nd and 3rd have already arrived?Comment -

#4714I can only echo what marc has said above, and add the following - there is no reason why you can't use any of the suggested media apart from:
i) You don't care about people getting paid
ii) You don't have the money to pay everyone who wants their money, so you figure the 25% can whistle for it.
Also as already said ALL books pulling a stiff job IMMEDIATELY mention how "safe" all funds are. Its the first sign of a scam, and as far as I am concerned, any book that admittedly can't and won't pay 25% of its customers, and is busy dicking around the other 75%, is a full blown sham operation.Comment -

#4715so there are others like me!
Well I see that I found many others in the same boat as I have had over a 3 month battle with sportsbook.com
3/22 - requested payout by check as well with subsequent payouts after that.
4/15 - after contacting customer service found out they were switching processors, had about 6 payouts requested and cancelled all to put on one payout ( later I find out if I would not have cancelled I would have processed right away so they told me anyway so bonehead move on my part.)
4/15 - requested new payout for 5k
5/13 - received email telling me my payout was moved to bank wire.
5/29 - received funds back into account as bank wire did not work.
5/29- requested payout for 5k.
6/5 - received funds back into account as they could only pay-out 2.5k at a time. So requested 2 - 2.5k payouts.
6/29 - still have not heard from them.
Lets just say I felt 'somewhat' better to see people are receiving their payouts and feel for the international users.

#4723We are utilizing two different withdrawal methods (DB DHL and IC FedEx). These have very different timeframes for receipt and unfortunately FedEx is a lot quicker for this. It is not possible to place your funds on the FedEx list through your request - these withdrawals are selected based on the logistics of our processor.
We apologize should this caus inconvenience.Comment -
