Note the email came after I responded to an email they sent me asking me if I wanted to put money on the NBA playoffs and if I had forgotten my password to call this number... I replied Im not playing here unless I see some cashouts.. then they sent me this.....

I would like to confirm that your withdrawal for $xxxx.00 was sent out to the European processor we work with on March 28th but it was sent out to your bank account until April 17th because of the backlog transactions they had due to the amount of withdrawal requests they are getting up to date with. OK well Sportsbook FINALLY paid me my last wire; processed 3/27 and they had said it would be before 5/4 but it got here this morning for about $3,000. Sportsbook has now paid me all four wire transfers I requested. I am going to wait a while to deposit because of all the people charging back and these ridiculous delays and explanations, but for what its worth they kept their word for me. Good luck to all.

Metsfan, I'm still waiting - though haven't gotten today's mail yet. It sucks opening your mailbox every day and constantly being disappointed that there is no blank white envelope in there. I think we'll get paid at some point, but today officially marks 2 months since I requested the withdrawal (Feb. 19th).

Nothing yet for me either. Starting to get concerned. It bothers me that people who have withdrew later than us have gotten paid via DHL.

fyi - sportsbook put a bonus in my account for baseball season. it was $140. i haven't placed a bet with them for over a month and my accout balance has been 0 for over a month, but they still gave me this bonus. i guess it needs to used before 4/29

Wires from 28th

Well with a few people on here getting wires processed from the 27th today.. Maybe the 28th bunch will be tommorow or early next week instead of May 4th.. Crossing my fingers... Then I have the qued ones from early April... uhhhh that could take Till mid May to get... I think they finally got it straight and have gotten the backlog on the upswing of being processed.. plus they are lacking new transactions from the fact they have been terrible in the CS department for the past month... So as long as they dont run out of money...

However Im still stunned about the Mar 21st withdrawels.. that is weird.

SBR has forever strongly recommended to not play at these books. Even so, they've tried and worked to help people resolve their issues. What do they get out of that? Nothing.

Believe it or not I got my money. I just got home from work and for some reason I checked my account and it was there.

Not sure what time it came in, though. I believe I checked my account around 2pm eastern time and it was not there. Oh well, I feel relieved to have my money. I was told my money was wired on April 11, 2007 (originally told March 26th and March 27th). Therefore I am no a believer that everyone will get paid. I never was a proponent of chargebacks. I believe people should remain patient, harass the customer service and you will get your money within 4-6 weeks of requesting it.

every day now i start with same routine:
1) Make my coffee
2) check my bank , no SB $$ yet
3) check this thread and one person reports getting paid, and 99 others report they have not

I said i got paid yesterday and gatorfan called me a liar..........well......i did get paid........just like most of you i went to the chat line each day and said "have you sent my money yet" and they made up some story..............truth is, those customer service people dont have a clue. My two favorite chat cs people are Tom Jacobs and Eli something or other..........I got Tom Jacobs on three occasions and each time he said it would be sent in 24/48 hours and that Eli, she kept referring to my check as a wire. Unless it pops up on their screen for them to read they DONT KNOW ANYTHING.

As for the person who asked about the size of check and whether they are DHL over/under $2000...........mine was over 2 grand and came from Nevada State bank via DHL.
