Just checking in here Wednesday night. Reports indicate that Vick will start for Philadelphia. If that happens than Andy Ried has less sense than than I ever could imagine possible from an NFL head coach. Also, VINCE YOung is NOT the second string QB. he has not taken one snap under center if practice this week. You can bet that if Kafka starts the Giants will blitz and blitz again. That is truly their only scheme that will keep him from throwing the vertical routes. We all know how poor and injury riddled the Giants secondary is right now. Just a little thought provoking discussion.

Also, there was mention here today in the thread about the FSU game. I believe that the line shifted due to the loss of another elite FSU wide receiver adn that E.J Manual will not be under center. I have not had that confirmed however as I have been focusing on the NFL all day. If someone has the fact and confirmation on that please share it with all of us.

Trickett is a great FSU back-up and although just a skinny 185 pounds - if that - he has a great and accurate arm. Appreciate any facts you may have on FSU.

John I just wanted to say what u are doing for us is just amazing. I am 1 that makes picks that doesn't rely on much facts. Im trying doing OK , my only problem is that I go BIG on the trap games. My question is how can I NOT make the same mistakes over and over again? What are the signs of a TRAP and what can I do myself to better prepare for the games to come?

What I tend to do is my own homework and try to match it up with what u inform us? Sometimes I do not agree with u and when I dont I just dont touch it and so far you were right once again. BTW I dont expect you to be perfect , u are human like the rest of us

Hey Ryan, thanks for your plays and input. Love your SBR videos as well.

I have two plays circled for week 3 and would like to hear your opinion on the plays. I'm bearing on the Pads -9 and the Bengals ML.

But both are heavy public plays, so I'm thinking of hedging them. My thoughts on the plays: the Pads defense isn't good and the Chargers sorta beat themselves, but I also don't see the Bills stopping the Pats' passing game.

As for the Bengals; it's their home opener and I expect a huge crowd support. The Niners defensive line is very solid against the rush, but their secondary sucks, so can we see Dalton gaining yards? Also, what can we expect from Smith? He didn't look that bad against the Cowboys, however he sucks imo.

Would appreciate your opinions on these plays. Thanks a lot and keep it up!
