What an odd comment. You are way off base. Why are you attacking me like this out of nowhere?
There's so many people that post their bullshit 20x plays on here without any reasoning whatsoever. I post my writeups because I believe in my model and my situational analysis and I'm not afraid to take a stand on a game by providing the reasons why.
Would you rather I not post writeups? I started posting my plays last year with writeups in order to spur discussion and to support my play. I was hoping SBR was a place that I could learn and help others learn. This is only my second year sports investing full time and I take it serious. I have invested a ton of time in my modeling and was hoping SBR could help refine my skills. As it turned out, by posting my plays with writeups I have improved both my discipline and how I approach my investments.
What is your point about the line movement? Line movement is a part of qualitative analysis so of course I am going to mention how the line moves. In addition to wins and losses, I also measure my ability as a winning investor based on the value between the number I wager and the closing number because I agree with Pinny about what distinguishes a winning player from a losing player. http://www.pinnaclesports.com/online...y/basic/sharps
I don't know where you are getting this tout shit from. I have an advanced degree, a full time career and my sole goal is to take care of my wife and new baby. I have never once exhibited any of the signs of a wannabee tout. Ask anyone who has followed my threads, including guys like Dexter, NoCoin, LB, Red, etc. I employ strict money management, use a base 1x wager with rare multiple unit plays and keep an honest record. I don't make bail out plays, I don't chase, I don't bullshit. I am anything but a fraud and I take great offense to your comment.
