Good win for the Dodgers. Should be another great game. I am going to roll with them once again. Billingsly has been great and Tommy Hanson is good but the Dodgers should score about 3 or 4 which will be enough for a victory.

Last night was really tough to watch as Chad had dominated the Braves hitters for 6 innings. Then just like always his pitch count caught up to him and he can never make it out of the 7th. (great pitcher to bet first five)
Even though it was short lived I do like that the Dodgers did not completely mail last nights game in and at least put a couple decent at bats together (no thanks to kemp, ethier, and manny). I really like the way Ely has been pitching lately. Even though he only throws 88 mph he has some of the best control and concentration i have seen out of a young pitcher. In the last few games what has made him even more successful is he is using his change up as his out pitch. Hitters that have not seem him yet will struggle with him and I expect much of the same first 6 innings from yesterdays game for the Braves hitters but unlike Chad, John keeps his pitch count way down and will get through the 7th. Hudson has been spectacular this year but I expect the Dodgers to come out with some fire today and make sure they don't lose the 4 game series at home. They have a really tough June ahead of them and knowing Torre they should be playing with great urgency and focus.

Dodgers know the importance of this game tonight. They face Carpenter and Wainwright the next two games. Could turn into a slug fest but I really like the Dodgers tonight.

Wow I was really thinking Carpenter was going to be the play today. This game now smells. -120 getting pounded and not moving. Pujols and Holliday looked a bit off last night maybe they are going to struggle again tonight. Thoughts?

Can't pull the trigger on Carpenter. Dodgers could not do any wrong last night. When they get contributions from everyone like that they are very dangerous. I was expecting this line to be much higher and the over under to be at least 8 or stick at 7.5. Kuroda has not been that sharp lately but , i may be over thinking this, the line is telling me that Kuroda is going to dice them up. I will take the Dodgers at a very fair -155 for +1.5.

I am undecided about tomorrow. I am thinking under 6.5. It is really tough to sweep a game and I have a feeling the Dodgers might be content with taking 2 of 3. I honestly thought they would lose 2 of the 3.

The Dodgers this year have had a tendency to come back flat off of a day off. The Angels have had their number over the last few years and -165+ is pretty ridiculous. I would take the under but I cannot trust the Angel bullpen.

I am not going to make a play but at +155 i think there is some good value for the Angels. Pinero is dogcrap on the road but has good numbers against the dodgers. Billingsly has a 2.89 era lifetime but a 1-2 record against the angels. Just goes to show how much they struggle with them. I really dislike the Angels bullpen and that is what is keeping me from playing on them. I dont know how the Dodgers are going to come out as they have been coming out flat after days off. Lets see how game one goes.

Dodgers have been a coin toss this year against lefty starters. I wouldn't take them at -150 just too much juice. The Angels own them. I probably am going to take the Angels today. Great value as they have quietly been just as hot as the dodgers.

Very true. Too unpredictable. The more i think about it the Angles struggle with pitchers they see for the very first time. Yes Ely struggled his last time out but the man seems to have excellent concentration and they way he pitched his last outing inspired me. He had absolutely nothing (which will happen time to time for a pitcher) but yet he still kept it relatively together. He comes back in a big way tonight and shuts down the Angels. Under 8.5 should be the play tonight folks.

Interesting game today. Kershaw has dominated the Angels in his two starts. He should do the same today and after getting embarrassed at home they should come out motivated. Yes they have sucked coming off a day off this year but they couldn't have played any worse in the 3 games vs Boston. IF Santana pitches well the under is the play tonight. Ethier, Kemp, and Blake all looked like hell. If they figure it out today then joke is on me.

Angles clean sweep of the Dodgers?? No chance in hell. As bad as they have looked these guys have pride. Especially after the way the lost last night they are going to come back tonight motivated. This is going to be my largest play on this thread. The way Haeger has been pitching this year this line is a 100% trap, my guess is he deals on the Angels tonight. Dodgers are going to blast Kazmir and on top of it I am going to the game.
