#597A nice weekend all in all (cept for going back to work on Monday) and a fresh start with day A tomorrow.
Looks like TB will be the play, opening @ -230, behind Kazmir. This line might do some interesting things tomorrow.
See everyone tomorrow.Comment -

#601System looks great Good job guys.
2 questions for everyone.
1. are you wagering the - 1.5 or are you buying down to -1 ????
2. Are you playing just highest priced money line team solo, or are you playing top 2or 3 teams ??? As I read earlier in this thread that maybe it could work just as well playing top teams.
Thank you

1. Run line at -1.5
2. Playing just the biggest favorite of the day according to when the lines are released. I used to use the site I bet at, which is bodog. But now I go by the opening lines at covers.com They have the true lines before the public can influence them.
3. If you do decide to give it a shot. You should have 75x whatever you want to win per series. Ex. $1 per win would need a bankroll of $75. $5 would need $375 and so on...Comment -

#604Can somebody PLEASE PM me the betting structure for Chase Systems? (you can use a base unit of 10$) such as...
Game 1: bet X
if loss..
Game 2: bet X.
That would be very helpful to me as I have not really been into chase betting, but want to get into it.Comment -

It depends on what the line is for the given game you are betting on. It's rather simple. I put a fake line in for the game in parenthesis.
Game 1: (-110) Which means you lay $11 to win 10. If that bet loses you move to game 2. Simple enough.
Game 2: (-120) You want to win back the $11 you lost on the first game plus your initial unit. Which in your case would be $10. So you want to win 21 on this game. At a -120 line means you would have to bet 25.20 on game 2. If it wins you start over at game 1 with a profit of 10$ overall. If not, you continue to game 3.
Game 3: (-110) Now this game you want to win back the $11 you lost on game 1. And the 25.20 you lost on game 2. Plus the initial $10 you set out to win to begin with. Which is a total of 46.20 So your bet on game 3 would be $50.82 once the -110 line is factored in. If it wins, this will erase all of your losses occured on game 1 and 2 and would profit $10 overall. If not, continue to game 4.
Game 4: (+100) Assuming the first 3 bets lost you are now down a total of 87.02 Now add the $10 you set out to win and the next bet amount is 97.02 Since the line is even money you bet exactly that 97.02 If it wins you start over with game 1. If not, continue to game 5. This should be a good enough of an example. You should get the idea by now.
I would also like to suggest if you were to try it. You would want to have about 70-75x the money you are trying to win. So if you do the chase with $10 per win. You would want to have between 700-750 incase it were to reach a game 6. This is to be safe. If it got to a game 6 and the line was -120 and you have to bet 320 on it you want to make sure you ahve enough. In your case, since you are new to chase systems, I would highly suggest you start with half bets. As in $5 per win. Just for the first few series till you get the hang of how and what to bet.Comment -

#609Very interesting early action on BAL, 25%. I think the books tried to inflate both ML and RL and I don't think the public is having any of it. Definatly monitor the line during the afternoon but I think come game time you should be able to get a good price for this bet today.Comment -

#629+105 @ Bookmaker....very nice to see plus money for a change...but that just means the books think it's less likely to happen.
Is anyone else keeping a spreadsheet or something like that for this system? I will be on vacation and unable to be near any Internet (cruise) from the 16th till the 25th and just want to see what I miss when I get back. I will be cutting the chase early as it gets closer so I am not in the middle of one when I leave.Comment -
