Congrats TA both of our big plays won today CO for you and FLA for me....sorry about DETwings though. Good game! At least you profit with the periods; I don't have a book where I can do that, and generally stay out of hockey. Favorite sport to watch yet sport I do the worst with. Probably what makes it my favorite

Thank you but I'm more pleased that your larger wager cashed. Wings had their chances but did not take advantage of them. Both teams did what they should for the first pair of home games. Now it's two out of three and the Wings have home ice advantage which helps as they get the last change. For period in progress give the American counter to "The place where the line originates". Each book/outlet has something that can be played. Continued success this season to you.

Thanks a lot TA and congrats on the +28 units. Now why can't we see that stuff in the tourney??; take it easy with Dex TA he is a good guy. I get why the tourney record is ugly, and most of us here do as well, no worries. As for seeding, take the challenge brutha. I vote seeding. Either way though is fine; I'm just worried about getting matched with that Brandon Laz dude or Shoebox busting something out; Shoe is on my butt.
Anyways, due to lack of time I'll just post my (subject to change) plays from the tourney (also placing wagers on those):
KC Royals -145 .5 unit
KC Royals RL +115 .5 units
DET -175 .5 unit
DET RL +120 .5 units
SEA -165 .5 units
NYM/WAS EV o10.5 1 units
NYY RL -105 .5 units
Boston Red Sox -130 .5 units
Later on I'm going to come back and possibly readjust weights or ditch a play or two. GL to everyone. FOG what is the play of the day? What do you think about the NYM over?

Hey Therbs, congrats to you and TA yesterday. Both in positive money again, that's always good news.
I really like the over in that NYM/Wash game. Both pitchers struggling in their last 3 games, with ERA's in the 9+. Washington can hit the ball, although they have been somewhat in a slump recently. My only other concern is going to see who is "out" for the Mets tonight. I am going to put a little something on it regardless.
Also, liking Detroit & Verlander tonight, but only value is on the RL. Will probably wait until the last minute.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Colorado @ St. Louis:
Colorado:
DeLaRosa is pitching for the Rockies and his last 3 outing have been "rocky" at best. He is 0-3 with an ERA of 13.5. Overall, he is 0-6 with an ERA of 5.43. Colorado have lost 4 of their last 5 and they have only won 2 of the last 11 meetings in St. Louis. Offensively, they are batting .238 vs right handers in their last 10.
St. Louis:
Wainright is pitching today for the Red Birds. He is 2-1 with a 2.38 ERA and a WHIP of 1.10. He is 2-0 and a 0.52 ERA vs the Rockies in 6 outings (2 starts). Although he gave up 4 runs in his last start against SF, he only allowed 1 run in each of the previous 3 games in a minimum of 7 innings. My only concern is that St. Louis relies on Pujols for their offense, and if he is not on, then they struggle to score. Pujols accounted for all 3 of their runs last night with a homer and a double.
PICK: St. Louis (RL +120) 1 unit
Record: 16-5 (+17 units)
Good Luck everyone, I will be over with this fundraiser on saturday night, but keep pounding away with the positive money.

You're welcome. Thank you. Nobody likes a show off. Other factors in play that you're not aware of and Dexter and I have worked it out/through. Sorry, I strongly disagree, if that would have been the case from the get go fine no problem. Strategy was used. Just the luck of the draw sir.
FWIW, I like the card and see a nice return for you.

Was this the strategy you made reference to last time Greinke pitched? When his bullpen lost the game for him against the White Sox?

No.
Verses CWS it was for the game.
Verses TOR (today) it is for the first half (1H) of the game.

Sorry Bikiniwinkis, I didn't get home until now. So, I'm sorry I didn't respond in time. Didn't like the Pirates because they traded away their offense, and the Brewer's game had two good pitchers and I couldn't decide which way to go. Good Luck on whatever you did.

Whooo-weee, got my butt beat yesterday, hopefully get it right today.
Kansas City vs Toronto:
Kansas City:
Hochevar pitching today and after starting the season in the minors, he has had 3 starts and has given up 14 runs in 11.2 innings. He is 0-2 with a 10.80 ERA and a WHIP of 2.06. Kansas City has lost 9 of their last 10 and all but 1 of the losses have been by 2 or more runs. The Royals are batting .194 in their last 10 games vs right handed pitchers.
Toronto:
Scott Richmond is on the mound today, and he is 0-1 in his last 3 games with an ERA of 4.61 and a WHIP of 1.46. These aren't great numbers, but he has given up 2 runs in his last 14 innings. The Blue Jays are batting .267 vs right handers in their last 10. Toronto is 20-9 at home.
PICK: Toronto (RL +110) 5 units
Record: 16-6 (+16 units)
Other Leans: CWS over Clev, under for Pitt/Houst, NYM over Wash
Good Luck everyone, beautiful day here in Michigan, enjoy the rest of your day. GO WINGS !!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon MadRussian,
I past on those games "here". General rule of thumb is if you haven't seen anything from myself by the 30 minute mark prior to the game staring, it's a pass. Yes, there will be times when there is a play or two but most times, it's not. Continued success to you this season.

Unless the juice is brutal, thinking of taking about half off the over as the style of play is not what I thought it'd be.
