My guess is that system 3 WILL show a profit at years end. System 1 if you stick to lines of 7-8 1/2 totals MAY show a profit. System 2 is a tough call, probably NOT by years end.

System 3 play tonight is the NY Yankees and for the first time this year we have Cleveland at exactly 48% road wins. The system is a road record ABOVE 48% so based on that I would say a no play, your thoughts.
The past record for this system I assume were for teams with road or home records above 48% and not exactly on that number.
Atlanta just misses out with Maholm at 22. Was at 20 prior to last night but moved 2 spots down as of today. Also Philly just misses with a road record at just under 48% at 46.4% RWins.

Looks like the sweet spot is for totals of 7-8 1/2 with a record of 10 winners and only 2 losses. I would of thought 6 and 6 1/2 would be better but 7 is a big number and I can see 9 with a losing record because you have two good pitchers but linemakers set a total at 9 or above they are expecting some runs with two good offensive teams.

Alamo, Oz is correct. Is it a very small sample and I would expect 6 and 6 1/2 to do better. Line makers are putting up a very small total because both teams having good starters and expect them to shut down their opponent. They are expecting a low scoring game and probably would put up a lower total but don't because they would be bombarded with players betting the over. You would have to have a much bigger sample, like using last years numbers or last 2 years to make a statement of not betting the 6 and 6 1/2 lines.Comment -
