Look Buffalo this might be there first time you and I are in agreement lol....just being up front I've received my payout today. I still have a decent chunk in my account and will keep playing. I'm sure transitions like these for any book as sizeable as 1vice takes a lot of work with all that goes into those things.
I would take any statement about 1V from aortega521 with a grain of salt.
He has always had 1Vices back, nothing but praise for them when he posts.
He is the only person that has claimed to have received a payout in the last couple of days.
You should be suspicious and skeptical of him.
(Expect a denail/explanation from him in the near future - it seems to be his M/O.)

well that doesn't sound unbiased at all!!! Let me guess - you see yourself in the small guy category. I deposited a few hundred and beat them up to high 4 figures and got labelled a sharp - that means that I don't deserve to be paid but you do? Always skeptical of AOrtega. But he is a small timer and killerwookie guy reported getting paid out and gave a lecture about rec betting. So it seems they are paying out the small timers fairly up to this point.
You should definitely get paid. Did they tell you that you were unwelcome and getting 10xed?
Although it is known that these guys boot at 5K so beating them for that much is going to be pretty hard to get out of. If you deposit $500 and run it up to almost 10K, you could be fairly labeled sharp even if you got lucky.

Well, did they tell you that they were kicking you out or 10xing you? They have sent emails to such people. If you did not get one, it would seem you should get paid. I would expect them to string you out some on a win that large so would not surprise me if they do it.
Kicked out in August after a great run in the nba playoffs and dime line baseball. Asked last week if I could transfer balance and "griffin" said no on behalf of rdg.
So not owed anything at all? What are you bitching about? I would say if you are owed money, based on precedent, 1Vice could fairly call you sharp and 10x you.

We've yet to receive official comment from RDG concerning the acquisition of accounts. We've asked if there is any chance at reducing the rollover as a sign of good faith to players, hopefully there will be a reduction, as from communication we have recently been provided players were misled by 1Vice into thinking their balances would soon be paid with no mention of rollover. This leaves players with a bad taste in their mouth, but we have not been privy to the correspondence on RDG's side, though we have asked for comment.
Please let us know if you're someone who has an owed balance yet did not receive any email concerning rollover.

I have read and reread the posting from another forum guy boats or something like that. And am reading the emails according to how I see it.
Accounts have been committed to being paid. Cannot see a problem there.
People are posting some speculative stuff here. So until I read a "shut down" "NO PAY"
I am not going to get too bothered.
I had no idea that there are that many account holders by the looks of things there must be thousands, which tells me a number of good points, however screaming blue bloody murder at this point is all speculation and uncalled for.
I would have to think there are others who have been paid recently other than Ortega.
I read many any Sayers.
There is no way only one person got paid in the last few weeks. That is just unbelievable.

In my opinion my money is safe and being backed by a second operation who have some time in the game also so I might have concerns but not worries and do not see the sky is falling just yet.
However, mine is just a simple persons point of view.
The forum world is full of haters this is TRUTH and until all the REAL bashers have gone and left us alone , who knows.
I grin and believe my same strategy will continue and I will be paid my monthly money just like always.

Sportsbooks can choose not to take further action from players, but must honor the balances owed when cutting players loose. When companies are acquired, liabilities and debt owed are also acquired. You should either be given the 10X deal as everyone else, or simply paid in full. We asked 1Vice to confirm where you stand.
The rating has been adjusted to AmericasBookie's at D+, this is outside the blacklist, but the rating is subject to move based on how this situation is managed and if players report payment. We have been told by 1Vice that there are still talks being had. SBR published more detail about the rating and 1Vice history in a news report a few minutes ago.
Looking OK for you Truthy. 1Vice much bigger book than some realized. Have done some good marketing here. Very poor communication though. Should have just been an annoucement but they keep trying to pretend the obvious is not happening. It is backfiring.
A few hundred thousand at risk here and people freaking out. Not without some good cause.
RDG finally comes out and settles the waters a little. Still plenty of questions and potential for shenanigans but looks like this might work out for most.
A+ book. They paid me out 15k+ last year. So far this year (2016), they have paid me 5k. After two $500 p2p, I requested a 3k payout. After almost exactly 30 days as promised, I received my 3k today.
Great bonus book. Good communication from my experience. And they absolutely 100% pay. You sacrifice reduced juice for the big bonuses. So if you are ok with that, it's the best book out there (and I have been around while and have used most of the larger ones and even a lot of the smaller ones)

Lol - I am owed a significant amount. I'm bitching because I've received one payment since August. I think anyone would bitch in my circumstance and the problem in part is I haven't bitched enough.
I think you're missing the concept of 10x. This means you have to make bets which total 10x your balance before you can withdraw. If I'm youre not permitted to bet you can't put a 10x restriction on it because it is impossible to do even 0.00000001x. The only option the book has is to pay.
Update: We asked 1Vice for comment on a complaint filed where a player is owed $9,379 and reported he could not wager. 1Vice has said his account has been reopened with a 10X rollover.
A second complaint with a balance owed of $3,691, the player's account will not be reopened per risk management's decision, however 1Vice has claimed the player will be paid in full. No time table has been set yet on this payment.
Just trying to understand this. We have a book here that has basically no funds so its asking its customers to rollover there balances 10x. So keep betting if you lose that's great for us if you get on a run and increase your winnings by a large amount the book that is broke and d rated will now that you won all this money pay you!! Got it this makes sense!
Don't disagree. I'm only saying that I would expect them to 10x you because that is how they do business. They have to pay you out full and everybody else if 1Vice stays in business. As I have pointed out previously, if anything else happens, they are stealing money to pay others. RDG has to pay out everybody in full with no rollovers if 1Vice stays operational. They have to take it out to 10x people.
Went thru the same shit with Alliance sports book someone took my account made me rollover 10 times made the rollover and never saw a penny! Good luck with this nightmare!

A+ books don't take 30 days to pay 3K.
No book is perfect. I'll play with a book that has given me well over 20K+ in free money but makes me wait 30 days for it over a book at pays immediately that doesn't offer free money. Both can be A+ books, just depends what you are looking forA+ books don't take 30 days to pay 3K.

Same here, rcvd my payout today.. I encourage anyone that actually has money here just call Griffin. 80% of the posts here bashing are from guys that dont even play here which is kinda dumb. Looks to me they are righting the ship and taking care of players.
