    Hey Heritage Insider how you can guys let this happen, and then let it drag out so long??? An honest explanation would be greatly appreciated, as this is now bordering on insane for taking this amount of time to fix a problem, as I am sure you have qualified people in house and otherwise.

    You obviously are clueless, or you would know there customer service department has nothing to do with the IT department. It is a big deal for many like my friend who wanted to put money into his account, and is not able to do so because of the problems they are having with there server or vendor, and yes he tried by telephone.

    GoBlue.......It's a waste of breath trying to get Heritage to compensate for this type of stuff nowadays. In the past they would have but customer service in decline with them and they will just be dismissive about it. I went through it last week

    but on the other hand they cost many of us a lot of money as I had planned to play Duke in a large play. Unfortunately things happen that are beyond anyones control.
