2. Uh, ive never had to appear in court. i admit i owe. Don't know what litigate is and don't really care. I owe, saying anything else would be innacurate. I have no proof of harrassment. They won't just take my word for it.
3. go to jail won't be my choice, if they arrest me, nothing i can do about it

This has probably been answered, but why aren't you working, tt? You seem plenty bright enough.

I do work and for free, and even if i did get a paying job, first thing they do here is credit history
Nothing but coal mine jobs around here, everthing else is stand in line.
If that's the case then you gotta get out of that town. Seems to me there should be a WallMart or something similar not far from where you live.
Do you have relatives in another city or state where the employment opportunities are better?
ok let me state it like this
I would never in my life work to pay off a debt to a CC company. **** those mother fuckers.
There's a bigger picture to it than just paying off the CC.
It's about stepping up and earning your own money.
When a man fails to make income, it wears on him mentally. It's not healthy. Causes stress and low self esteem.
Getting a job is a step in the right direction toward bettering your life.

accountability and responsibility. two of the most important things i have found i need in my life. TT you will feel better making money and paying your debts. i know i acted in a similar fashion in my life, still haunts me to this day. I wasnt sued but i got in trouble in my life and said fuk everything, including my bills. Now I have a totally different mentality. You will never change tho , not until you change your mind on thinking you dont need to pay what you owe. You entered into an agreement with these people. You should honor your end of the agreement , maybe try to settle for the amount charged , not all the fees and interest.
