Just saw this, how long is the waiting list?

There have only been 2 or 3 cancellations, we have around 25 users on the waiting list. Anyone who is curious about their position on the waiting list should send Sam9ball a PM, though you don't need to do this, because we will notify you when a spot opens.

Starting November 1, we will start asking for proof of travel from the top 40 who haven't already provided. Guys who have been to multiple bashes that need to wait until later in November to book their airfare will be given leeway. Anyone who declines at that time will be removed and the waiting list moved up.

That would be nice. I pm'd the guy that you're supposed to pm about a month ago with no reply. Kick out the air bettors asap so the rest of us can book the gd flight. I assume flights are cheaper the earlier you book.

Flights are actually more expensive the earlier you book. 2 to 3 months is usually prime time to book cheaper airfare. Then within a month it gets more expensive

As of right now registration is closed as we hit our room number; the waiting list will receive the first opportunity as members begin to cancel as of November 1. We will post here if registration reopens.
