The funniest thing about these NFCCG threads

is how none of the Atlanta backers can give any relevant reasoning as to why they'll win.

    "They're unstoppable at home!" <---lol

"Falcons won't be able to run against SF?

Didn't GB rush for 104 against SF? And ATL's run game ATM > GB by far. Atlanta rushed for 130 yards in the first half against the Hawks. Dirty birds are turnt up, sorry SF backers!"

^ LMFAO. How penetrating stupid that post is I cannot put into words. Did you even watch SF vs GB? Atlanta won't have shit for meaningful rushing yards vs SF.

"The 49ers DBs are weak, have no answer for atl passing game"

    LOOOOOOOOOL. Watch football more.

Oh and know what's weird? All the SF backers have relevant reasoning. Hmmmm, that's odd.

    Here are the FACTS:

100% of these people who like Atlanta are: homers, degenerate losing gamblers, or are having a (very) idiotic moment.

The 49ers are the favorite for a reason. The line climbs for a reason. Books don't want SF action.

Atlanta has never looked good in a playoff game with scrub ass Matt Ryan at QB. Ever. They looked like shit vs Seattle last week too in their only playoff win ever.

The falcons are the only team out of the 5 playing today that have, literally, no chance to be playing in the Super Bowl.

SF already has playoff success in recent history. They've since improved. They have vastly superior coaching.

The 49ers might not be the best team in the NFL (the pats are), but they'll win the Super Bowl this year. New England has literally zero shot in that game if it happens (Baltimore has a chance to be there IMO). Are they the better football team? Yeah, they are. Are they capable of beating SF if the game happens? No, they don't. If you don't understand what I mean here, you apparently don't understand the NFL.

Have fun throwing your money away on Atlanta today you fish.

Oh and if you haven't put your bet in yet, save your money.

While you're at it, look up what the most important things are on an NFL team. Then compare the two teams. Then laugh at the fact you were going to bet Atlanta ML, and bet the opposite.

Compare those numbers to Atlantas playoff numbers with Matt Ryan as QB. The playoffs aren't the regular season, it's not even close to the same game. If this was a regular season game the spread wouldn't be the same at all. If it was a regular season game with this spread I would have 6 figures on the falcons without much thought at all.

The 1995, 1997, 2003, 2010 chiefs were a combined 31-1 at home in the regular season. The 1 loss was a meaningless week 17 game. Those teams were a combined 0-4 in the playoffs, all home divisional games.

If you think regular season games and playoff games are the same thing you are plain stupid.

And before you mention sample size, trust me I know more about statistics than you do. 3.9+ gpa, actuarial science major, etc and I can GUARANTEE you those handful of playoff games we've seen these 2 teams play over the past couple seasons are WAYYYYYYYYYYY more important here than the 70+ regular season games that you idiots look at Matt Ryan's record and beat your dick to. Those games mean next to nothing in regards to this one.

SF having CK at QB rather than AS won't change anything unless its for the better. That kid is probably the future in this awful league you idiots watch. SF as a team is the main thing here, it's not a team where the QB is everything like a Peyton type team, so you clowns comparing QBs (which is hilarious anyways Bc Kaepernick is better) just stop embarrassing yourselves.

I don't think it'll be as lopsided as you're suggesting...Atlanta's passing attack in the dome should be excellent today, Tony G will expose SF's biggest weakness...pass defence through the middle

Look dude. Even though SF is the favorite. Even though the number is climbing. Even though on paper SF defense is dominate and kapernaek is unstoppable. ATL will win. Lets have a history lesson. The last three Super Bowl champs were who? The NY Giants Greenbay packers and New Orleans Saints. They all had great offenses and defenses who played bend but don't break and had a ton of takeaways to get the ball back to their offense. Atl has only given up 16 more points than sf. Atl had 31 takeaways which was fourth in the NFL. We all know atl can score but Atls d is deceptively good. RISE UP

they have also been incredibly bad vs zone read type offenses and the pistol will create more problems than any of them as sf oline is simply to physical for atl's front 7..

Last week proves that wrong. Rus never kept it on the zone read. He always gave it. Marshawn Lynch didn't have a field day either. I think ATL may have figured something out defending it last week against the hawks. What killed atl last week was the mid level passing game. They've had a week to figure it out. I'm expecting a great game guys and 49ers may win but I just feel this ATL team is designed like the last three champs.

i think it will be very good gm,, not sure last week proved much for me as sea was in the red zone twice in the 1st half then lit them up in the second, they seemed so worried bout wilson running they gave him all day to carve them with the intermediate routes and he still pretty much scrambled at will..not to mention i think sf preferred way of running it with the pistol makes it tougher to stop the rb than the way sea runs it... nothing really shocks me and i hate how much love sf is getting but been on them since the switch to keapernick and dont see much reason to jump ship now... unlike last week tho im not playing sf again just riding out my future, maybe i should hedge but cant bring myself to do it, lol...

BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNN NNNNKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!! Whats up my caucasian??? You know I gave everybody that would listen the 49ers over GB. The turds were all on GB talking the same sht. The Value on Atl at +180 is absurd to the good. I would not be surprised to see a very flat 49er performance on a let down.

Atlanta has beat Niners 4 straight and Niners are something like 0-5 in playoff road games. #1 seed Atlanta biggest home dog since the 70's.

I'm buying that the books are penalizing the right team here.

Niners win not sure about the spread.

Im going to have to say that the 49ers offense is better than the Falcons O. So you throw almost a pic a game playing the worse pass Ds all year, I am not impressed.

    D is grossly better.

This game will be over mid 3rd.

SF is Bama ATL is ND... catch the repeat in about 30 mins

Heh. Comedy. What a joke of a team Atlanta is. Do you Atlanta backers now realize how outmatched they were?

****When your team you were backing led the game in the middle of the 4th quarter (up by 3) going into a drive for the opposing team where they start at your teams 40 yard line....AND THIS IS THE LINE:

    http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/8051/lolatl.jpg

    Name: lolatl.jpg
Views: 63
Size: 45.2 KB

that means your team is VASTLY outmatched.

They went up 17-0 and got absolutely throttled from there on out. What was the score after the 14:54 mark of the 2nd quarter? Oh yeah, 28-7? And the niners win by double digits.

I really hope some of you fish took that ATL +235 live action when they had the lead mid 4th quarter. Huge dogs on their own field with the lead. That's the team you penetrating fish bet on. Hilarious stuff.

Atlanta never, at any point in that game, had a remotely close chance of winning.
