Hey eagles what do u think about Llodra over simon....llodra owns simon....he is 4-0 against him........none of which were played on grass........but 3 out of the four wins came in straight sets.......plus llodra's record is not bad on grass.......i havent really watched llodra play i have watched simon play though.....just wanted to get ur opinionComment -
Llodra was pretty lucky to win yesterday. Took a choke from his opponent in the 3rd set. Simon probably isn't quite fit enough yet to be reliable. I could maybe see using Llodra in a parlay, but I wouldn't pay the over -200 by itself .... but that's my general rule on tennis anyhow.Comment -

Why not? Dolgopolov has been using a blistering serve to whip out aces through 2 matches with 29 aces, but he's still managed to drop a set in each match. Ward's serve has been just as effective without the aces and his win over a veteran like Schuettler should continue to give him confidence after he beat Lopez.Comment -

Tough call. I think one of those head-2-heads was at the Australian Open, so it was a 3 set straight sets win in the best of 5 format. I really think this number is high only because of Benneteau playing the two tight two set matches so far here where both totals were 25. I don't particularly like the number one way or the other. If you think it's gonna go 3 again, then over certainly is your bet.Comment -

I've talked about that strategy before for doubles. I think it works once in a while, but more often than not the favorites in doubles are favored for a reason. It's not a bad angle to take and plus money certainly makes it more attractive. I don't confess to know enough about either side to say much else.

Becker crushed Greul 6-3, 6-1. Nice easy finish to the parlay and one step closer on the futures. Probably gonna be Tipsarevic vs. Becker in the semis. Pretty confident in Becker right now, so may ride that out for another round and hope he plays Malisse in the final!Comment -
ISTOMIN-MARCHENKO OVER 22.5 [-110]
Marchenko has had Istomin's number on other surfaces in the past 8 months with two three set wins. Istomin's serve was not quite as strong against Almagro before that match ended due to injury as it was the round before, but it is still a weapon when it works. Marchenko's serve seems to come and go, so expect a lot of deuce games on his serve and double faults. Both players should carry some confidence here as they have both been playing fairly well on grass the last week or so. If both can serve well, this could even get done in two sets - but it'd likely take a tie breaker set to do so.Comment -

Physically I think he is fine, I just really do believe his serve comes and goes from set to set. It's either productive or a non-factor it seems. So far in the 2nd, it's been much better. His 2nd serve especially since he didn't win a single point on 2nd serve in the 1st set. Be nice if Istomin could just fall apart for one game.Comment -

PARLAY: AZARENKA + BECKER [+124]
Start with Azarenka who has been in a groove this week at Eastbourne. She served solidly against Clijsters and held a good nerve throughout that match. The good thing is that her serve has gotten better as the week has progressed. She draws Bartoli who is legit on this surface, but has now played close to 5 hours on-court in her last two matches here. Bartoli could be out of gas and/or decide that it's time to look ahead to Wimbledon and not expend any more energy here. In any case, if Azarenka brings the focus and serve that has guided her to this point, she should advance to the final. Becker won't have an easy time against a big server in Tipsarevic. Both Becker & Tipsarevic have mowed through the competition this week. Becker has been very good at this tournament over the last two years now with 10 straight wins. The German has enjoyed a better 2010 in general than Tipsarevic and has looked very comfortable on grass the last two weeks. Becker needs to continue to pump those 1st serves in and be prepared to grind one out if need be.Comment
