I am concerned with this.
I signed up on the 31st December with the K100 (8xD+B rollover) 100% freeplay, both my deposit (£500) and freeplay bets lost.
I got on live chat on the 11th Jan and asked if there was a reload of K100 available, I was told K100 finished but they had a similar one (NEW100) available but this had a 12xD+B rollover. I said ok and made my deposit of £500 and got £500 freeplay.
I placed my freeplay immediately and won £2400 with it and have wagered about £6000 of my £12000 rollover.
Nowhere on the site on the 11th before I deposited did it mention anything about rolling over freeplay winnings 12x, it doesn't even mention it today. Surely you can't just apply new rules and make no mention of them to customers.
I am not happy about being forced on to a £28800 rollover just because my freeplay won when there was no mention at all of freeplay winnings being rolled over before I deposited or even now on the site.
