I have a program that finds arbitrage that operates for all to see on my website - do you have any idea how many times Matchbook pops up? Tons. 2nd only to Betfair.
I have many international users who make arbitrage plays - they all complain that the great odds are usually posted for a few bucks. Nothing worth betting on. Funny part - those odds sit there for hours, and hours and hours.Comment -

I'm NOT a $10 bettor.
I've consistently managed to get better MLB odds at MB all season than I can find anywhere else, including Pinnacle, Greek and Betfair.

It's pretty obvious Todd/Thremp and anyone else bashing MB are just bitter that they are no longer able to play there anymore..don't worry guys, maybe someday the USA will change

Once again overnight here I placed equal orders on BF and MB and woke to find $15.74 had been matched at BF but my full $1,160 stake had been taken at MB and a better price was available at MB for my unmatched BF amount (in excess of what is available at Pinnacle and elsewhere).
When it went in-play BF had matched just $883 on that market whereas at MB my bets alone would have accounted for almost $5k matched

Betfair charges a lot of commission and is pretty brutal for US Sports with low liquidity and prices worse than Pinny. For Euro Sports, yes it is the best but for US there is no comparison between Matchbook and BF. And also, SBR claims Matchbook is in good standing and well off financially so why would I believe you over them when they have connections in the industry?Comment -

Yes.. Brutal with 100k+ traded in game on any ESPN ball game. You guys all make so much money, should post up your picks and stand behind what you say. Betfair doesnt have enough posted for you - so you must be betting huge dollar amounts.

Its not a change of topic. But you guys keep talking liquidity is better, lines are better, blah blah. When I talk avg bet size, I use $200. When you you do its $1000. MB doesnt trade the volume you think it does - or the volume necessary for all of you guys to make the money you claim to. Thats my point. Unless you are a 70, maybe 80% winner - which we all know is impossible - think about the volume of pennies all the winners in this thread would need to trade.
But again... Watch the MMers price on Matchbook for the listed baseball games - they just sit and sit.. and no one trades.
But yet.. everyone makes thousands!

It was a change of subject because you started prattling on about in-play betting at BF which is something I've never challenged. In fact if you kept up with my postings elsewhere I've always said BF it the place for in-play betting.

Ill take this back to a little story from tradesports.. People would exaggerate there position that they bought because it was done in contracts. Like.. StL +10 50.0 +$40.00 or whatever.
They would simply add a "0" to the 10 to make it 100 contracts and a "0" to the profit to make it $400.. and wa-la. When you dont have to post a screen shot - you can type whatever it is you want. But the next morning - when they updated contract amounts - no one could explain why they didnt have the correct #s.
Just like this situation - no one posts screen shots of their info - they TYPE it. And its a good thing there are no volumes listed - because all the millionaires would look like fools.Comment -
