I know of a bet that was lost by them in the last 2 days. Pinny has been running rough the last 2 days and has been hanging on confirm page frequently. player had the transaction # etc and Pinny couldn't find it. He just bet it again and at better odds. No way to win a dispute with Pinny. if u win you lose that battle.

#114I actually had a winning 6k wager lost there a week ago. I assume that I screwed up the confirmation. Sadly, I'm resorting to screen-shots everywhere now.Comment -

#116Sometimes you get the Fatal Error message on a confirmation. As I said, player had the transaction # (not a screen shot) and Pinny would not admit taking the bet. Best to routine check all wagers every hour or 2 before game time if you have time. I am paranoid, so i often check 15 minutes prior to action to be sure its down.Comment -

Ok, maybe it´s my fault.
Maybe I really forgot to confirm this bet. Things like this can happen
But as a semi-professional player I would say the probability of this is below 0.1%
this issue really drives me crazy

#121this has happened at least 3x at betonline for me, i can only assume i clicked the mistaken wager since i have no screenshot proof and even though i do take screenshots intermittenly (when i'm not on my laptop), these mistakes cost me in low 5 digitsComment -

#125i think we've all been there.
it's only winning wagers that "disappear". or we simply don't notice losing wagers disappear?
- does anyone recall having lost wager "disappear in the air"?
- is there any documented instance of a book "making bet disappear" - ie. has anyone ever submitted screenshot of wager to force the book to pay? i recall one such instance from forum (bet365), but apparently it was a player doctoring the screenshot.
anyone?Comment -

#126werent you limit at Pinnacle for 0.01 a Bet, make up your mind moonbeam, in some tread you say you are ban from pinny others you already say that pinny is great.
Pinnacle is the must correct bookie, they wouldnt do nothing wrong to playersComment -

I've also found duplicated bets which I steadfastly maintain are system rather than my error but not ever been in a position to prove it although I have actually seen it occur through no more than a screen refresh and on that occasion I contacted the bookie immediately and had him void it.
Although I do take screenshots almost all the time now I've never had an instance of needing to submit one to a bookie to prove a missing bet. It will be interesting should it ever occur to see if the bookie accepts it or accuses me of fraudulent manipulation.Comment -

#128VIP/Nine sends an email confirmation of all your bets you placed there... Can't see why more books don't do this, especially books the quality of pinnacle, as it would pretty much eliminate all questions on if the bet was placed or not...Comment -

#134i think any disappearing wager problem at normal books is due to system/internet issues.
the known books where manual tampering (on other issues) with player's funds have been reported, are shady outfits.Comment -

I think we must give Pinnacle the benefit of any doubt at this stage.
I suspect that on the last upgrade of their software the submit and return buttons were switched from R to L and vice versa? I'm sure I fell for that a couple of times.Comment -

If this were a live bet and you are in a hurry, ok, but this wasn´t a live bet.
I´m following your advice now to make a screenshot for every bet I placed at PinnicleComment -

the biggest scam books rated A here at SBR while good books are C or D rated.
