I am pretty peeved to see Betbrain.com still have their markets up. I emailed them and they gave me the same response.

As for SBR - guys they are working on it. Don't wait for a response - they have all the info from us and lets make sure we support them fully, they are an excellent site and will do what they can to help us.

SBR will let us know and there has been another thread created with info on it.

In the meantime, I suggest all contact them again and again by email, and by live chat when it starts. However they outsource their live chat so they probably wont be able to help too much.

Unbeleivable. I have lost over 20,000 euros.

Hey. Maybe yesterday I was not so clear but here you can see the exact instructions to contact FBI.
I tell you exactly how to write to FBI. Go to link : http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
Click on button I ACCEPT on the bottom of the page, then start to fill in the options and click Next until
you have got to the end and submit.

Well done on the Moneybookers.com action. Problem is he might have tried to transfer the money out with some success. What can moneybookers actually do?

also - with reference to informing the FBI - gaming with such an organisation by US citizens will be breaking the law so not sure the FBI are the right mob. What about Interpol?

.......ahhhhh Bestbrain.com have taken down Bestake.com odds. The ball is rolling. They have also removed them from from their list of bookmakers.

Good to see......but I wish I never ever laid eyes on the pr*cks through betbrain in the first place

I have got Bestake's IP address. I am sure of 99 % that this is IP address belongs to them. It shows Costa Rica origin too.

NOTICE !!! If someone is just writing the Complaint Form to FBI, please include this IP address too !!! It can be useful for investigation.

How about Neteller ? Did anyone receive any reply from them regarding Bestake account freeze ???

I wrote for the second time one hour ago. They said they're working on it, and keep me updated. I said that Moneybookers made a fast freezing job. Hoping they will do the same. I just wrote the FBI form, sadly just 1 minute before reading about the IP address. But if many of you compiles adding the IP, i'm sure it can have some sort of effect. Keep working guys. I'm sure I'm not getting all my money back, but a little part, and these people into jail could be at least satisfying.

bearhead.. we thought FBI could be a possible solution since maybe they are afraid of US police dept ( they do not worry of Europe police in my opinion ) and push hard on South American countries like Costa Rica. ..Also, it is very important to inform official police in order to avoid other players to get into the net like a crazy fish. Breaking the law ??? Man, they took our money with cheating. What law will stand by them ? Anyhow, we can contact Interpol too.

There was a picture from Rohrmoser on his site before they redesigned it. If he started his book with good intention the picture might be really from him. Has anybody a hardcopy of the site before redesigning ? Might be usefull to hunt him down.
