3 days was enough time for them to respond. I said I would ********** if they didn't give a me a reason for closing the account and they couldn't even do that. Makes no sense. Understand how that looks from my perspective.. confiscating money and not even providing a reason. They need to look into their practises. -
I know according to my source you have charged back before multiple times. This case is closed for me. Good luck.Leave a comment:

Update: I'm left to assume the BetOnline intentionally scammed me being that they'd rather take a negative hit to their rating rather than simply respond (see below). Watch out with these guys. They are sketchy.

Did you deposit with BTC? If not, what was your deposit method? And did you receive a bonus?Leave a comment:

top book BUT horrible VIP program since they changed it.....they fix and they my #1 againLeave a comment:

Seems like the weekly/monthly bonuses also a joke here. No action, or winning action no matter how much I bet gets me $10 a week/month, and a little bit more if I lose. A similar bonus program at Stake just gave me $125 for the week and $255 for the past month. BOL live odds used to be fantastic, now they are always locked and when they do open I get a spinning wheel for 40 seconds and by then the odds are locked again.Leave a comment:

BetOnline is not a scam book and they're generally very reliable and above board.
But assuming it is a legit issue, ask Dave Mason to take a look at it. He's very good about helping people with customer service issues.

Common sense would not make you aware of what people do to take advantage of sportsbooks. You are accusing maybe the most reputable book out there or being a scam because they took you chump change balance, since you aren't familiar with betting the odds that your complaint is legit would prob be something like -10000.Leave a comment:

Its called common sense... I simply signed up and played the games they presented as is. The only possible thing I could think of would be that I played on both my mobile phone and desktop computer (both on same wifi network) but how would that be grounds to confiscate someones money and delete account. Especially with no warning. If there were any issue with anything it should be presented at the time. They were all so happy to take my deposit and let me play...So it's all coming off as extremely scammy.
Look at this most recent corrospondace. They are incredibly sketchy.

less than 0% chance BOL is just out of the blue taking $230 from a new sign up. the absolute no communication back to customer (if true) is bizarre however.
the full story will be interesting to hearLeave a comment:

Sorry, you sound completely unbelievable to me too.
Maybe you mean your girlfriend's ID has never been used for online gambling before?Leave a comment:

Thats was my thoughts exactly. Like they can't be that hard up for $200. But I don't know what else to think. I didn't do anything that would warrent disabling an account and confiscating funds. It's not even possible to cheat at sportbetting / online blackjack. At least not that I know.Leave a comment:

Explain further I no the only manager that counts there. If you didn't do anything wrong I can help you but don't BS here. Did you or a friend ever have another acct from same ip? Did you take a Bonus? What did you win at? How much did you win? I have helped people here b4 and can here if you haven't done anything dumb. Sometimes BO reg cs isn't the best.
I called and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before speaking to a rep who told me that “management decided to close my account.” When I asked why, he just kept repeating the same thing. I then asked how I could retrieve my funds, and he said my money had been confiscated. I was shocked and repeatedly asked for an explanation, but he kept saying that management made the decision, still without providing any reason. After the call, my account was closed, and I could no longer log in.
The whole experience felt like a scam, which left me confused because I’d read reviews before signing up and assumed it was a legitimate site. Now I’m starting to think those positive reviews were either fake or paid for because my experience has been far from legit. I even emailed support afterward—maybe a bit heated—because it truly felt like I’d been scammed and demanded to know how I could retrieve my funds. In response, they repeated the same thing: “Management closed your account.” I tried emailing again, asking for a specific reason or at least a way to resolve this supposed “verification issue,” but I got the same answer each time—no explanation, no way forward.
From everything that’s happened, I don’t know how to view this as anything but a scam, especially for someone experiencing online gambling for the first time.Leave a comment:

99.9% of the time, they will refuse to serve/pay you only if you took some kind of cheapshot at them.
In other words, you attempted to cheat them, or were successful in cheating them in some way, in this case, it sounds like they caught you cheating in the casino.
Obviously you're going to deny that you cheated, but that is the case most of the time as mentioned.
Did you win a lot of money in the casino by hitting some kind of slot jackpot?
But betonline.ag is not a scam if you beat them straight up, fair and square.Leave a comment:

Does anyone know what I can do? I feel I got robbed for no reason.. I read through their entire TOS and rules and there's absolutely nothing I did wrong. Their customer service refuses to tell me anything, just that my accont was closed by a manager.Leave a comment:

BetOnline.ag is a complete scam! I deposited money, played a few games, and when I went to withdraw my winnings, they pulled every trick in the book to keep my cash. First, they flagged my withdrawal as “in review.” Next, they canceled it, claiming a “verification issue” and told me to call support.
When I called, they put me on hold forever, only to come back and tell me my account was disabled and that my funds were confiscated. They gave me absolutely no reason for this. No verification process, no follow-up instructions—just took my money and shut me out.
This is a classic scam setup: they’re happy to take deposits, but when it’s time to cash out, they make up fake reasons to block you. BetOnline.ag is not a legit site. They stole my money, plain and simple. Avoid this site at all costs if you value your time and money!
if anything they would just sent your $ back if you didn't something against their policy. Or, if you owed them money because of a **********, then I can see them possibly recouping money they are owed. I call bullshit.Leave a comment:

Did you try to "bonus whore" them using multiple accounts?
I've had no problems with betonline.ag and getting paid after meeting my rollover requirements.
Please explain further.Leave a comment:

Almost Diamond 3 and they haven't gave any bonuses for leveling up, no weekly/monthly bonuses, and no deposit bonuses. Despite that, Betonline remains my favorite offshore.Leave a comment:

They have pretty much cut off all promos. In my experience it is almost never worth it to achieve a “loyalty” status with an online book or casino. They list these benefits but when you look at them really it’s worthless stuff. Like I think betonline has a weekly casino loss rebate of 10%. That’s ok I guess. But then they make you play the rebate through some ridiculous amount so that it’s basically worth nothing. Then when you hit the littlest of winning streaks they send you an email excluding you from promotions. Just stick with deposit bonuses.Leave a comment:

Betonline VIP program
I registered in July. I played a lot and often, but mostly lost. My status in their loyalty program was growing and I received cash bonuses for each level increase. By October I reached Diamond level, but I didn't get another bonus. I spent almost two weeks trying to get them to tell me why. And they wrote me that after analysing my bets the bonus was denied. I absolutely do not understand their decision. I really like this bookmaker, including because of their loyalty program. Has anyone encountered something like this? Were you able to solve the problem somehow?
