3 days was enough time for them to respond. I said I would ********** if they didn't give a me a reason for closing the account and they couldn't even do that. Makes no sense. Understand how that looks from my perspective.. confiscating money and not even providing a reason. They need to look into their practises.

Update: I'm left to assume the BetOnline intentionally scammed me being that they'd rather take a negative hit to their rating rather than simply respond (see below). Watch out with these guys. They are sketchy.

Seems like the weekly/monthly bonuses also a joke here. No action, or winning action no matter how much I bet gets me $10 a week/month, and a little bit more if I lose. A similar bonus program at Stake just gave me $125 for the week and $255 for the past month. BOL live odds used to be fantastic, now they are always locked and when they do open I get a spinning wheel for 40 seconds and by then the odds are locked again.

BetOnline is not a scam book and they're generally very reliable and above board.

But assuming it is a legit issue, ask Dave Mason to take a look at it. He's very good about helping people with customer service issues.

You'd have a much different take if it were YOUR money. And that doesn't make any sense. I used their platform, their user interface to play THEIR games exactly as presented. If something went wrong then it's on them, not me. And I don't even know if that there an issue because THEY WON'T FKIN TELL ME. They just outright took my money and provided absolutely no explaination or further action I couid take. Yet were so happy to take my deposits. You don't see how thats scummy?

less than 0% chance BOL is just out of the blue taking $230 from a new sign up. the absolute no communication back to customer (if true) is bizarre however.

Thats was my thoughts exactly. Like they can't be that hard up for $200. But I don't know what else to think. I didn't do anything that would warrent disabling an account and confiscating funds. It's not even possible to cheat at sportbetting / online blackjack. At least not that I know.

This was my first time trying any online gambling, and I opened a BetOnline account specifically to place a bet on the U.S. election. I ended up winning a small amount—just under $100—from that initial bet. Afterward, I played a few hands of blackjack, where I basically broke even, finishing with maybe a $20 or $30 gain at most. When I tried to withdraw the funds to Bitcoin, my request was canceled a few hours later with a note saying there was a “verification issue” and instructing me to call their support line. My account was still active at this point.

I called and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before speaking to a rep who told me that “management decided to close my account.” When I asked why, he just kept repeating the same thing. I then asked how I could retrieve my funds, and he said my money had been confiscated. I was shocked and repeatedly asked for an explanation, but he kept saying that management made the decision, still without providing any reason. After the call, my account was closed, and I could no longer log in.

The whole experience felt like a scam, which left me confused because I’d read reviews before signing up and assumed it was a legitimate site. Now I’m starting to think those positive reviews were either fake or paid for because my experience has been far from legit. I even emailed support afterward—maybe a bit heated—because it truly felt like I’d been scammed and demanded to know how I could retrieve my funds. In response, they repeated the same thing: “Management closed your account.” I tried emailing again, asking for a specific reason or at least a way to resolve this supposed “verification issue,” but I got the same answer each time—no explanation, no way forward.

From everything that’s happened, I don’t know how to view this as anything but a scam, especially for someone experiencing online gambling for the first time.

I don't buy your nonsense above PS. How in the hell is he going to cheat the casino? I have a good contact at Betonline but you must say exactly what you won and how before I step up to the plate. Everyone that comes here isn't automatically a cheat. The truth will 100% come out if I get involved. I'll wait for OP to say it here then go from there.

This is a classic scam setup: they’re happy to take deposits, but when it’s time to cash out, they make up fake reasons to block you. BetOnline.ag is not a legit site. They stole my money, plain and simple. Avoid this site at all costs if you value your time and money!

I have no idea what “bonus whoring” even means. This was my first time gambling online, and all I did was place a bet on the U.S. election and play a few hands of blackjack—that’s it. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they canceled it, saying there was a “verification issue” and gave me a number to call. After waiting on hold, they finally told me my account was closed and my funds were confiscated. They didn’t provide a reason, ask for any documents to resolve the “verification issue,” or give me any way to address it. My account was just closed right after the call. The whole thing felt incredibly sketchy, and completely unacceptable. I also tried reaching out via email and the same thing. How is that not scamming?

They have pretty much cut off all promos. In my experience it is almost never worth it to achieve a “loyalty” status with an online book or casino. They list these benefits but when you look at them really it’s worthless stuff. Like I think betonline has a weekly casino loss rebate of 10%. That’s ok I guess. But then they make you play the rebate through some ridiculous amount so that it’s basically worth nothing. Then when you hit the littlest of winning streaks they send you an email excluding you from promotions. Just stick with deposit bonuses.

    Betonline VIP program

I registered in July. I played a lot and often, but mostly lost. My status in their loyalty program was growing and I received cash bonuses for each level increase. By October I reached Diamond level, but I didn't get another bonus. I spent almost two weeks trying to get them to tell me why. And they wrote me that after analysing my bets the bonus was denied. I absolutely do not understand their decision. I really like this bookmaker, including because of their loyalty program. Has anyone encountered something like this? Were you able to solve the problem somehow?
