I don't think the guy needs any help.

Not a mouth piece for impatient people who have already been told they are being seen to and think I should be hassling for them because it's "almost been a week".

Impatient people are about 50/50 rate of being impatient simply due to them knowing they are shooting an angle too. Learned from 1000s of cases of experience.

This guy is 100% fine right now imho.

Payouts: from BetOnline and from Ignition Poker

Shout-out to these two sites. When Customer Service is good, I like to acknowledge them. I rate these shops as Good to play with.

    *Really like the BetOnline payouts:
    ...Book with a long-standing reputation.
...Recently, I know that BetOnline has been tacking on a 0.5% processing fee. I consider this to be totally reasonable.
...I've had withdrawals processed multiple times in the last six months. The confirmation process is very smooth. 1) You input your Confirmation Code. 2) Then you see three BetOnline emails: Requested/Approved/Sent. 3) Latest withdrawal took eight minutes to hit my account (and that was at a non-peak business hour).

*IGNITION poker processed my withdrawal request.
...I admit to making an error on my first request. I sent in a Deposit a few days ago. I wanted to get some money back out, so I requested a Withdrawal.
...First attempt was Declined. After I read the fine print, I understood it. I had not played the $$ thru 1x, my error.
...After meeting the play-thru requirement, my next Withdrawal request was accepted. Processed very quickly. No extra paperwork.

Very happy with these transactions. I give both BetOnline and Ignition thumbs-up!

    Betonline $200,000 NFL contest sham

I have been playing this contest all season long and I finally got 5/5 last week to qualify for free bets.

    Rules of contest:

The contest is free to enter; however, to qualify for prizes, you must place real-money bets of $25 or more in the sportsbook or casino each week between Tuesday at 12:00 am ET and the following Monday at 11:59 pm ET.

Now they are saying since I didn't bet specific bets on the sportsbook I don't qualify. I bet 50+ player props but that's not betting in the sportsbook to them.

They literally screw with you sigh

It's much easier to get away with scamming smaller amounts from people. Most people would just give up. Not me. Now it's more about the prinicple than the money. I will make sure they are exposed if this is something they are doing intentionally. Even if I have to spend thousands of my own dollars to do it. I absolutely despise scammers.

Clearly that would be a good reason to ban somone....I didn't do that. This was the first time doing any type of online gambling. Either their systems are wrong or they are intentially scamming people. But why should I gave them benefit of the doubt when they haven't gave me one. So I'll assume they are scamming.

Have you considered the chance they could be WRONG?! I wouldn't be wasting this much time or energy knowing clearly that doing cashbacks and multiple accounts is frowned upon. Like no shit. It's at this point it's not about the money. It's the priciple of STEALING someone's money and not providing a reason. I DO NOT have amnesia about opening an account and making a cash back. This was the first time doing ANY type of gambling online in my ENTIRE LIFE. They are wrong plain and simple. I can provide evidence that they are wrong and there is no way they can do the same because THIS WAS MY ONLY ACCOUNT. They would be unable to prove any other transactions under my name BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE. This is the root of the problem. No appeals process, guilty until proven innocent. Seriously what is wrong with you guys? I will not be gaslight and told "oh you know what you did wrong". I did absolutely nothing wrong.

Now it's about the principle because I won't how many other people they do this to and I promise I will get to the bottom of it. Trust. There's plenty of other complants of them doing this on https://www.askgamblers.com

I don't reach out to books unless I am fairly sure it's a valid complaint first.

Not that I can do anything directly to help with offshore disputes now, but I would have given this guy a useful email contact if there was enough here to suggest he was being treated unfairly.

Yes that's why it took about 10 requests on how he funded the account for him to finally answer.
