I have to laugh at this whole thing. Anyone around long enough before Offshore and dealt with REAL Bookmakers on the street that payed promptly on Monday would know they could give a rats ass on ;how many people in the same house play with him..In fact the more the merrier.

This isn't true at all. If u logged in from the same device on both accts u r done. U don't come off like the kind of gal that has a New I Phone so I'm going to say you played on your Samsung from Cricket and got caught. Only you can answer that Hitachi77

I believe BOL will have devices used also. Forget the Wifi and IP. BOL doesn't care about 5k. So as others said you are going to have to prove it. Going to Grandmas were u live then to The Bitches ain't gonna cut it. Especially if u used the same devices at both places on both accts and took Bonuses.

Funny BOL didnt do shit until you attempted to withdraw. Their system detected 2 accounts playing from the same IP the second you logged in from it. BOL freerolled you, you would not be having any account issue had you not made requested a withdraw. You have been freerolled!

It's not BOL responsibility to "inform you" it's in the TOS and known to everyone who wagers offshore. You got caught and BOL is a top book that value legitimate players with fast AF payouts. Thread should be deleted

You have to convince them you are two people using separate accounts. Might be an uphill battle. Some of the things you’ve said make me not believe you either.

Sorry for the slow reply. I have been off for a few days.

Don't get too caught up in the TOS stuff. If you have separate addresses you are not breaching that part anyway.

From the bookmakers point of view, at times they see more fake female accounts created by boyfriends etc than they do by real females. US licensed books have a lot more difficulty stopping this due to having to follow laws more closely.

Anyway, to get on their good side you will need to make them comfortable that 1) you really are an actual bettor in your own right 2) that you really are not your boyfriend and 3) that the pair of you have not been using the accounts to jointly bet on the same things, especially if that would make your combined bets go over a single account limit.

Unfortunately SBR can no longer offer our direct mediation services for non-US/CA licensed bookmakers but you can probably handle this better directly anyway, as its a proof of identity thing.

I suggest that you offer to do whatever you can show them you really are two people who DON'T live at the same address. Sometimes books ask for selfies or videos outside your address. Sometimes they will want a phone interview where they will ask questions about your account activity, bets and maybe why you chose some bets. You could also offer to send them betting history from Hard Rock to show you have been betting the same way there and also not correlated with your boyfriend too much. Basically make it clear that you are able to provide any sort of reasonable proof they can think of.

If you can't get through to a reasonable manager through customer service with that approach, ping me and I'll send you a different email to try.

Many offshore books will use any and all rules to steal your money. KYC, 2 people using accounts that hang out together. 15x rollover on a $3,000 deposit limiting you to 50 dollars a game. Ever since the US legalized Sports betting play at your own risk offshore.

Maybe rare but idk I'm a server and I have co workers who also use sports book so it doesn't seem rare to me it's just something fun to do I got guy coworkers and girl coworkers who do

but yeah idk how they just confiscate my account I've been using without issue for months, even if I'm sometimes on the same IP most the time I'm at my house

The per household rule is super weird because they're telling me I live with my boyfriend when I have my own place just because I over there a lot

also if you break a tos rule how are they allowed to take all of your money instead of suspending the account or simply even warning me or emailing me, like 99% of people don't read tos

every app I've ever used has never had a issue me and my BF both use hard rock 0 issues (but I dislike the lines on there they are worse prices)

I mean you get like $200 for a sign on bonus and they took my account with over 5k in it

If my goal was a free 200 I wouldn't of kept betting the account up to 5 grand like I feel like this fine print is not grounds to lose all of your money , maybe a warning and suspension and even if they ban me I feel like I should be able
    to withdraw my money

Using referral codes for same household is typically a huge no-no as it's considered bonus exploiting as well (in their eyes). That'll make it a good bit harder to get past in all honesty.

Ok sure but I'm ideally looking for some insight from someone who isn't a toxic tinfoil hatter

off my initial post you said I worked for hard rock when I don't even like that app so I mean I kind of would like some insight from anyone who isn't self high fiving after a "got em" moment

    regarding the topic at hand
this has happened to people before with the IP things
me and my boyfriend live in different houses but have obviously been at the same place at the same time often whenever I go to his house or he comes to mine

is that really grounds for me to lose my entire 5k? I read that other people had luck on this forum and tweeting at the betonline guy so I'm trying both

I like betonline more than Hardrock the lines are better
Hard rock is only used because they have a monopoly in Florida and they probaly paid off the government there or something idk I definitely am not a fan of them me and my BF talk shit about them all the time that's why he showed me betonline

when I tried to withdraw 5000 from betonline they declined my withdraw and when I called up there said I had broke ToS because there were more than 1 accounts associated with a household

I just am looking for a resolution to get my money back and ideally I'd love to keep using betonline

Wow. What a load of horseshit. How much did Hard Rock pay you for this fake post? BetOnline is 100% legit. When you win, they pay out FAIR and SQUARE. Stop shilling for public books like Hard Rock. BetOnline is better and much more reliable than that shit book. And I'm sure the other players on here will back me up in saying that.

Betonline Confiscated account - 5k+ Gone

Hey, this may be a long post so forgive me but I'll try to explain everything.

I've used hard rock for a long time in Florida and I'm pretty familiar with how it goes and try to research and do my due diligence.

My boyfriend introduced me to Betonline (I even used his referral code) and I started using the app often as I thought they had cheaper lines then hard rock.

Neither one of us knew about the one Betonline account per household rule at the time but we don't live together but I'm over at his house practically all the time.

When I tried to withdraw my betonline winnings my account was confiscated for "one account per household and they said to read the fine print"

I'm still pretty devastated like I lost over 5000 and I have no idea what to do. After googling what they told me I 100% broke the TOS but I have no idea why that would make me lose all my money on there. I made a mistake, neither me or my BF knew and he has apologized to me a million times. I read around about this happening to other people they said maybe you guys can help.

I can prove anything I need to I just need help and don't know what to do. Me and my boyfriend have used betonline on same ip before but also I have lots of bets at my house.

Edit: it would of been amazing if they could of informed me about this months ago or simply suspended the account and email me instead of watching me build it up and then taking it when I try to withdraw, ive been betting a long time and find it very fun but have never had a problem like this with any other app
