Does anyone have any experience with how long it usually takes for them to get back to you after sending in a complaint?

It's sad. But I doubt you get much....At some point these places will die if revenue is dependant on US PLAYERS to survive. You may get something and I'm rooting for ya... But it's an old song and dance. They are bookies in another country for a reason and it ain't to pay players!

Sounds standard from BetDSI. Anything 6 figures is dead there.

Dude i totally feel bad for you, but betdsi is literally one of the worst books out there and i doubt they have the money to pay you or even if they did they would refuse to pay anyway.

Were the parlays you hit heavily correlated?

From the Costa Rica bookmakers listed here on Sbr tailored for US market I only trust Bovada and Heritage group .The rest are bleeding because of legalized sportsbetting in US.

Don't know an attorney could recommend.

But what did they say was their reason for doing this?

Anyone know an attorney that represents users against offshore sports-books?

Ended up hitting on a couple crazy parlays last week. The Sportsbook, BetDSI, processed the bets as wins and then 48 hours later locked me out my my account and took nearly 6 figures of winnings out of my account. A couple days later I gained access to my account and noticed they had also erased most of my wager history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

What a ridiculous policy. Just another example of DSI being shady as hell.

I get it. Some people screw sportsbooks over with their c c charges. But stealing from the innocent to make up for that isn't the right answer. They're punishing the wrong people. No one would ever expect this charge, and it doesn't hit them until much later.

And I'm saying this as someone who always uses BTC.

Dodgy as ever. This is one of those books that if you follow the letter of the law you will get paid, but they have so many rules that are punitive and designed to catch people sleeping.

Thank you. This should be a warning to all to check the rules at their books before changing deposit or withdrawal methods. I don't think many books would do this but it's always worth checking rather than assuming.

betDSI - Be careful of CC deposits

Been using betDSi quite a bit did 13 deposits using BTC. Recently did a single deposit using a **. I didn't realize that because of that any further BTC payout I get will be assessed a 10% payout fee.

My fault for not noticing it but in my defense it is not on their deposit screens or their withdrawals screens but on some cashier terms and conditions screen that I had never seen before.

I'll just have to chalk up the $343 in fees they charged as the price to learn to exclusively use BTC and to never use DSI again.

"Players who deposit with credit card and would like to request payouts through bitcoin, will incur a payout fee of 10% of the bitcoin payout amount. In order to qualify for free bitcoin payouts every day, players need to deposits into their BetDSI accounts via bitcoin exclusively."

OK, that makes more sense, thanks for clearing that up. They do have very confusing bonus terms in general. Personaly I always liked DSI, never had issues with bonuses or payouts and they have several different books which I love.

A BetDSI manager confirmed that you are not subject to rules regarding bonuses over $1000.

    This is not correct.

If your chosen bonus is less then $1000, then there are no new rules for you.

They have been very good at addressing any issues in recent times. I don't think I would have a concern with taking a bonus there now.

    Oh gawd... really??

Why is everything about BetDSI bonuses so damn complicated!

I'd like to confirm if that is correct though.
