Great news and congratulations to you Carl and everyone at Bet911. In my opinion a C- is below how I would rate you guys, but three upgrades in 7 months shows us that SBR is following you closely and that you are on a fast track to a higher rating. I am sure you will continue to earn better ratings as you continue to improve the site over the winter.
The moneybookers deposit option was a welcome feature. Maybe next you could look in to getting decimal odds for the european players. It is just one of those minor improvements that will make it easier to be a customer at 911.

Not that I really mind, but isn't it a bit rude (or at least very lazy!) to blatantly steal t&c from other bookies? I am thinking about the new pick of the week promo. The terms looks very much the same as Sportbet's best bet promo terms.
As the two promos are pretty much the same I would expect similarities in the terms, but because they are so similar it makes me think that someone is either really lazy or can't be bothered to put some effort in their work. Maybe you could delegate this task to Robert as it is probably really boring work

I may be the partypooper here again, but do you have any restrictions on that like max odds or restrictions for markets you can use? A $1000 wager on the pistons at +320 will give you a return of 4200 - $1000 (stake) = $3200 in winnings. 50% of that is $1600. One heck of a bonus if you ask me!
Of course there is a decent chance that the bonus will be $0 if the wager loses, but the house should protect itself from getting in to a situation like this. I don't remember if you take $1000 on moneyline basketball, but I am sure there is a a market somewhere where you take $1000 at high odds.
For referece, BetED offers the same signup bonus, but the 50% cash bonus on winnings is limited to $250. They also limit markets to spreads and totals (including puckline, runline and so on I think). I think their bonus also comes with a 5 times rollover requirement.Comment -

I think that he means "scam" for whatever reason you feel that way...please let us all know why you would feel that way sir...we have no problems with any player so you are obviously not a player here or you would not feel that way...I post on many forums and have never had a problem with any od them.
