This one is going to get messy...

"I will refrain from posting your exact e-mail to sports-1 claiming your 13 year old son got on your computer and lost all of your money in the casino."

UCBearcats: What's the story behind this? Was this before or after the 12 days? Once you threatened to **********, you'd dug a big hole..

Please do tell ur story bearcats.

Is the 13 year old son a part of it? Or did Richard just make that up out of the blue?

I am not mad, just doing my job. I invite SBR to come over to verify this info anytime they would like. Like you, I have nothing to hide.

Best of luck to you, and you did get a full refund for both charges, so you are at net zero at Phoenix. Have a nice day sir, It is unfortunate it had to go this way. Nobody has gained anything here at all today.

          Oh, and for completeness:

Hilarious that someone tries to pull a 'someone else lost all my money in the casino' line, then chargebacks and complains when the book later boots them.

            Geez,
I never thought of this one. Hey Richard, I'm act **** and I have lost probably a couple of g's at your place, with wagers and casino....Anyway, to make a long story short, my 6 year-old daughter, has hacked my laptop and made stupid wagers and played some very poor black jack. I think if you look at my casino history, it'll be proof enough, it had to be a child to play so poorly. (lol) I look forward to your help. PS.
please keep this story quiet, my six year-old's attorney, just said they will sue me for defamation of character if I accuse her of being as poor a gambler as I am.

on a serious note, I didn't know cc would work with betphoenix, I'd use your shop more, but the ** is such a pain. Keep up the good work You've got some great lines.

This is the same guy who had problems with YouWager because his "fiancee" opened an account which had striking similiarities to his own:

Sports betting and handicapping forum: discuss picks, odds, and predictions for upcoming games and results on latest bets.

Not hard to believe ... I know a ton of guys whose fiancee opens betting accounts, and whose 13-year old kid bets his dad's $6K balance down to zero while he and his wife are away.

And as an added note, he had the kid/wife problem on January 16th, and had the fiancee problem on January 28th ... so apparently, between the 16th and the 28th, he dumped his first wife and got engaged to the fiancee ... must be a pretty smooth operator.

Man, this made my day!! I am still sitting here dumbfounded. Got to give it up to Richard. I would have unloaded on this dude. See this is what Justin was ranting abt just a few weeks ago.

Richard, please go right back to sorting out payments to folks who don't have kids older than them. We need our money. also you guys might want to consider not taking players from Appalachia.

Durito? Where are you in this!! lolol This is classic!

Absolutely classic thread. Personally, this has not dissuaded me one bit in terms of opening an account at BetPhoenix in the near future.

It has however, given me second thoughts with regards to leaving my browsers open during the day, as I have some children and several cats.

I will go with the "Tipping Point" theory here, and bet that ucbearcats has a record of other fraudulent activities as well, besides scamming offshore books.

Since he wants to turn other people in, maybe someone should report him as well.

                                Just saying......

Bearcats, your conduct with chargebacks in out of hand.

                                    That is theft.

Me and my wife have figured out the problem it appears that my 13 year old son played blackjack(I left the wagering window open when I left for work) he did not know it was for real money and thought it was just a game. Since he is not 18 years old I have spoken to my lawyer regarding this issue and hes assured me that since my son is under the 18 year old requirement and since I can prove that I was at work and it was not me playing the bets should be null and void. Since you guys operate in a different country though he said it would cost more to actually go to court on this matter. He has advised me to dispute the credit card charges in relation to the matter that my son who was under age was playing since I left the wagering window open. My son has been grounded but what he has done cannot be undone by him since he is only 13. I will not dispute the charges until I hear back from you guys but my lawyer has told me that you guys will probably do nothing even though I am a very trustworthy person and I have deposited into your site many times. I really dont want to have to dispute the charges, I love your site but If you guys are not going to do anything about it then I will have to take my lawyers advise. Yes it was my fault that I left the wagering window open but it was an accident and I had not clue he was going to play thinking it was just a game. Please email me back so I can know where I am going from here. Sincerely

                                          Dear Mercedes

I went to work one day and when i returned home, I left my brand new c55 Amg Mercedes's door open in my garage, where my 12 yr old adopted son managed to climb into and somehow used his crayons and paint to draw and color in every interior part of the car. He is now grounded and i know its my fault for leaving the car door open but it was an accident. You can ask Honda or Ford, I've always been a trustworthy person and i would never lie. I really do not want to charge back $100,000 so please refund me my $100,000. KK THANKS! Sincerely

I have had 2 minor accounting situations at Phoenix in the past month on wagers. They were both corrected promptly as i spoke to Richard directly by phone and email. These were over very small amounts of money and he took the time, heard me out and made it right. Nothing but props for phoenix, i'll back them up on or off forum if need be.

Maybe Justin can start a Hall of Fame archive that we can access with world class post/threads like this one.

They must go splits on Oxy 5, and wear the same baggy pants.

And I wouldn't be surprised if the kid's banging both the fiancee and the wife.

My favourite bit was where the lawyer advised him to **********, because "his son" lost $6000 playing blackjack.

Actually, that sounds like some lawyers I know :-)

Why would you seek legal advice in the USA that clearly demonstrates that you were doing something in the shady side of the UIGEA?

And as soon as he loses, he tries every trick he can muster to get that money back. Playing with a book is hard enough, adding theft and threatening to ruin good books for other players is just dumb.
